I’m the guest who check out in 29/9 from Nikki hotel …because my next destination is too far from Ho Chi Minh City and the language problem …no driver wiling to go ..lucky ,the staff of front desk of Nikki hotel helping me to solve the problem …thank you so much , guy🙏 Just has some little problems of the hotel The sound insulation is very bad ..In 28sep night time when I was sleep …just the wall behind the bed I can heard that the other guy talking very noise from the other side…is very annoying…this situation is keep going around 20 mins …..and I heard that the guy speak Indian…after the day I check from outside..at middle of the room is a door of fire Alarm…I thought some one was worked in the night time …and I lived in room 2014…is too annoying … I’m impatient and knock 2 time the wall …and the other side do the same to me … However ,the staff in nikko hotel is too awesome…thank for given me the good service even I had already checked out … Thanks alots

Surprise husband with a birthday stay at our favourite HCM hotel this year. Communication with Ms Huynh Tran Anh Thi & Ms Lo Tu Le went very smoothly esp on the bday setup part. Thanks to both of them very much for everything, assisting to arrange & coordinate on the bday setup, among other matters as I also requested a room far away fm the lift due to arriving at hotel past midnight to ensuring we have the right pillow type as requested too. This time we stayed on their 19th floor, in a Deluxe Premium room. Highly recommended to stay in this room type, as it gives us a big wow impression due to the "open" concept design. Room is very well maintained cleanly & it is spacious. We slept very well during our 3 nights stay here. The housekeeping staff we encountered were also very polite & friendly, and there was a lovely cute lady who surprised us with a rose flower towel decor for husband's bday. There was also turned down services too! I like that they will leave their shoes outside before they entered the room to do housekeeping. This is something that I felt is clean & respectfully, something that I seldom see in other 5 star hotels. Checked in & Checked out was smooth & efficient too, everything was explained clearly & there are no hidden charges. There is also a coffee station for check in / check out guests (11am-5pm), a nice touch from the hotel. Also, due to last min changes on the bday setup, thanks to Mr Lee whom also managed to arrange well with the team to reschedule the timing on short notice. We received a beautiful piece of bday cake along with a greeting card from the General Manager too. I also brought some gift sets from their hotel spa, and Ms Selena (lobby front desk) attended to me patiently by explaining, checking the items together etc. The buffet breakfast spread was another highlight. Their variety was beyond imagination & it still blew our minds even after so many years. The service at the restaurant was also top notch too. A nice place to enjoy our breakfast slowly without feeling any stress. The hotel is also linked to NowZone, a mall that has some shopping & F&B outlets so even if you are feeling lazy to venture out far, there are still plenty options available. Hotel is also centralised & convenient as we do not need to wait more than a couple mins for a Grab car. Overall, their service & attitude is more than 5 stars level even after so many years since we first stayed in 2013. This is the only hotel we stayed during the 4 times we been to Ho Chi Minh. We look forward to staying at Hotel Nikko Saigon soon again.

I had a wonderful time in Nikko Saigon with my group. It was ideal for our stay in the city because of the cozy room sizes, superb location, and first-rate service. We were pleased with how quickly and easily the Front Office staff handled our check-in. The front desk team's Kevin was the best. With all the contemporary conveniences, the rooms were cozy. We enjoyed the early start time of 0600 am and the breakfast that was included in our package. There were also regional delicacies on the delicious buffet offer. Taking a quick 10- to 15-minute taxi ride along a brightly lit street lined with modest shops and services made it easy to visit the adjacent shopping district.

I returned to Hotel Nikko Saigon September 2026 after a pleasant stay in September 2019. I stayed fourteen days checking out today 9/18/2026. My room was an eighteenth floor corner suite with a grand view of the city. Doorman Raymond was exceptionally welcoming and extremely helpful in accommodating our very early arrival traveling from Manila on an early morning flight. I travel frequently in SE Asian countries using five star hotels and Hotel Nikki Saigon won’t disappoint you on your next stay in Ho Chi Minh City, District one. Amenities I used and recommend are the gym and spa, room service (meals), airport pickup and drop off, in-house ATM.
