Nikko Saigon

Hotel Nikko was amazing in every way. The location, buffet and staff was top notched. Especially Tony at concierge. He helped me with a few last minute requests and it made my visit in Saigon very memorable. Next time I’m back in Saigon, this is the place I’ll stay!

All perfect, the staff really takes care of you

Staying at Hotel Nikko Saigon was one of the best decisions I made on my first trip to Vietnam. The rooms felt spacious and well-maintained, the atmosphere was relaxed yet polished, and everything ran smoothly from the moment I arrived. What made the experience special, however, were Ryan and Kevin at the reception. Ryan always greeted me with genuine warmth and handled every request with care and efficiency. Kevin, on the other hand, took the time to share thoughtful local recommendations — including a couple of hidden food spots that turned out to be absolute gems. Those suggestions added so much flavor and authenticity to my days in the city. Thanks to their kindness and attention to detail, I left feeling not just well taken care of, but genuinely welcomed. I’ll definitely return to Hotel Nikko Saigon on my next visit, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for both comfort and heartfelt service

Mr. Kevin, the receptionist at the check-in desk, was kind and solved the situation quickly. The check-in procedure only takes a few minutes, and the room is set up to suit our preferences. Additionally, it made a positive influence on Nikko Saigon.

I had a wonderful stay at **Hotel Nikko Saigon**, especially for my first visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to **Raymond**, who went above and beyond on multiple occasions throughout my stay. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. He also recommended several local restaurant spots that I probably wouldn’t have discovered on my own, and they were absolutely delicious! Those recommendations gave me a chance to experience more of the local food scene and ended up being some of the highlights of my trip. Raymond’s hospitality really amplified my first experience in HCMC and left a lasting impression. Excellent service all around, and I would happily stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon again. Highly recommended!
