We recommend this hotel for everybody specially if you have kids, food is good , service also is great, helpful people at the reception, since the welcome everythingis super.

The property is beautiful, with an impressive setting and lovely surroundings. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations due to the poor service and disappointing food. The staff appeared inadequately trained, with a lack of professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine understanding of hospitality. Despite the attractive facilities, the overall experience was let down by the quality of service delivery. Good hospitality requires more than a beautiful property; it requires well-trained staff, quality food and a consistent focus on guest satisfaction. With better staff training, improved food quality and stronger service standards, this property could deliver a much better guest experience.

The hotel is truly perfect for sun-seekers looking for a relaxing getaway! The food is some of the best all-inclusive food I have ever experienced, with an incredible variety across all the restaurants and quality that genuinely deserves five stars. The drinks were equally impressive, with a great selection of branded spirits and, for the most part, none of the watered-down drinks you often find at all-inclusive resorts. However, there were occasions when certain drinks appeared to be unavailable due to stock shortages, which was a little disappointing. We were particularly grateful to Ismail, who looked after us so well in the upstairs bar. His service really made a difference to our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings there. He helped make the experience even more special, and we cannot thank him enough for his hospitality. I would highly recommend booking your restaurants for the remainder of your stay on the day you arrive to ensure you have the opportunity to try them all. It is also worth noting that there is a selection of à la carte options available for lunch, which is a fantastic added bonus and provides even more variety throughout the day. The rooms were huge, spacious and extremely well maintained. However, the turndown service was occasionally missed, which was a minor disappointment. The beach was absolutely beautiful and truly picturesque. Although the tides varied considerably throughout the day, we always found opportunities to enjoy a swim whenever we wanted. The variety of swimming pools was another huge advantage, with all of them exceptionally well maintained and offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. Overall, this is an outstanding resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious all-inclusive holiday. The exceptional food, excellent service, beautiful surroundings and fantastic range of facilities made for a truly memorable stay. We would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a little slice of paradise!
