Riu Jambo

Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Riu Jambo! Everything was perfect, from the rooms, to the food, to the staff. Lots of fun activities, but also able to relax by the pool and beach! Would definitely stay again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing stay at RIU Jambo and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the beautiful location and stunning beach to the food, entertainment and, above all, the incredible staff, everything exceeded our expectations. What really made our stay special was the warmth and kindness of the staff. They were always smiling, attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a wonderful time. A special thank you to Suleman, Moses, Emmanuel and Teresia. ❤️ They were absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness and positive energy made such a difference. We will definitely remember them long after leaving Zanzibar! The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach is breathtaking, the atmosphere is wonderful and there is always something to enjoy. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, having a meal or taking part in the activities, we never felt bored. The food was also excellent, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. Everything was well organised and the whole resort has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We came to Zanzibar for a very special trip and RIU Jambo made it even more special. 🥰🌴 It is one of those places where you arrive as a guest and leave feeling like you have made friends. A huge thank you to the entire RIU Jambo team, and especially Suleman, Moses, Emmanuel and Teresia, for making our stay so memorable. *★★★★★ THE BEST RIU HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN - THE BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD IS OUR TRUE OPINION We are still here at Riu Jambo Zanzibar in room 1233 Ms Shardaben Patel and Partner, from Uk, been here over a week already, enjoying their amazing hospitality, and I had to write this review now. We have travelled the world and have stayed in several Riu Hotels in the Caribbean, but I can say from the bottom of my heart that this is the best Riu hotel we have ever stayed at, and the best hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere. The Staff & Management are EXCELLENT: All the staff greet you with a welcome and a smile every single day. They are so fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. You can feel how hard they work to make your stay perfect. A special thank you to: JAY - Assistant General Manager who is absolutely great. A true leader, visible, professional and genuinely cares about guests. TRISHA - Head of Reception who manages her team brilliantly, has looked after us so wonderfully, helpful and kind. SARATH and ABUSA in the Restaurant have welcomed us every single day with a big smile and looked after us. They are a absolute true credit to the hotel and should be highly appreciated. Food - The Best Ever for Vegetarians. We are vegetarian, and this is the best food we have ever had in any hotel. So much selection, so much variety every day, fresh, hot and delicious. The chefs should be so proud. If you are vegetarian, this hotel is paradise. We have a few more days left and we are already sad to leave. Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely - 100% Would we come back? Yes, definitely - without a doubt. Thank you to everyone at Riu Jambo for making our holiday so special.

Our stay at Riu Jambo was absolutely perfect. Everything went really smoothly from the moment we arrived, and we were warmly welcomed by Sabetha. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are great. We really enjoyed having several swimming pools as well as direct access to the beach. The different restaurants and snack options were also very good, with plenty of choice. We appreciated that the food changed throughout the day, with a good variety of options. All the staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, respectful and attentive. A special mention to William for his kindness, his smile and his professionalism. His presence really made a difference during our stay. He was always making sure we were comfortable and was genuinely attentive to all customers needs, which was a real plus. We would also like to mention Schora, Simon, Janeth, and the manager of Kulinarium restaurant for their kindness and great service. We truly relaxed, enjoyed every moment and made the most of our stay in this little piece of paradise. We would definitely come back!
