My partner and I recently stayed at Riu Palace Swahili and had an absolutely incredible time. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. We made full use of the resort's facilities, but what truly set this place apart was the outstanding service. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and determined to make sure we were having the best possible day. A very special mention goes to the dining room team, and especially Abdul – his kindness, generosity, and attentiveness made every meal feel so special! The setting of the hotel is pure paradise. The ocean views are breathtaking, the beach is stunning with crystal-clear water, and the pool areas are beautiful, clean, and so relaxing to spend the day around. We also loved the evening entertainment – you can really tell how much effort and thought goes into every show, and they were fun and engaging every single night. If I had to mention one tiny thing, the gym is on the smaller side, but honestly, that's just a minor detail. Everything else was beyond perfection. We had an amazing holiday and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
