Riu Palace Swahili

Had a great service from Meshack Edwin, Kelvin, Fred, Irfan, Mfariji, Shaibu, Consolata, Mwajuma and Edna. Good people and the service was amazing throughout the days I was there. Kudos

The crew is amazing and I specifically want to suggest about Wiston and Mfuriji. They were very kind to me and to my friends , made the whole experience better for us.

I would love to visit again Its a good gate away hotel All the facilities are the best I would recommend this hotel over n over again

What a fantastic hotel, food was amazingly good and plentiful, drinks all top shelf and the cocktails well made. Whatever you wanted was possible. Abel on the Masai bar was incredible and served the best Mojitos with dark rum. Witness, Nuru and Bobby are just a few of such amazing staff. Always helpful and smiling. The hotel was spotless, no bugs, no bites. Yes if you go to the beach you get hassled a bit like anywhere but they take no as no most of the time. The sea is crystal clear. You only need Dollars or Euros, so not bother with Shillings. One of our top rated holidays and we have been on a few. Absolutely recommend this hotel plus adult only 😍

I all honesty, this resort is awesome. I was quite disappointed that I never got the chance to eat from other restaurants because all were fully booked on all four days of our stay. Additionally, I never received the perks that come with being a RIU class member like free transfers, massage etc. Other than that, I loved it! Everything is excellent! Well done
