Great location .great atmosphere. Rooms great value great very clean i see people put poor on the review I don't get it the hotel cater for Christian's. Jews and Muslims only a sad person would have something bad to say about a hotel that is great

My name is safe from kenya am here Zanzibar for vacation of two days I like the hotel but security from this hotel they are not good to us today night they do that because we are black people we don’t have right

🌊⭐ An Unforgettable Experience! ⭐🌊 It was absolutely amazing! 😍 We had so much fun, laughed a lot, and enjoyed every moment out on the water. The atmosphere was fantastic, the team was super friendly, and the whole experience was just perfect. 🥳🚤 You can really tell that they do their job with passion! We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for fun, action, and good vibes. An absolute highlight and definitely worth 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for such an incredible experience! 💙🌴

Here is my experience, despite the very often power outages the hotel is nice , we stayed 5 nights , I had an injure in my foot so I went to the reception and asked for a bandage , nothing special , the person there I guess he was a manager replied we are all out, I replied a whole hotel and you don't have a bandage , he said you have to go to the clinic which was located inside the property very well so be it , I went there and the person in charge asking me for 5 dollars for a single bandage !!! What a joke !

My wife and I have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at RIU Palace Zanzibar in October 2026. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the entire hotel team for making our holiday such a memorable and exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the resort, its elegant atmosphere, breathtaking ocean views and, above all, the genuine warmth and hospitality of its people. Outstanding Cuisine and a Truly Passionate Culinary Leader One of the greatest highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional quality and remarkable variety of the food. Every day brought a wonderful selection of delicious dishes, beautifully prepared and presented with great attention to detail. We would especially like to express our deepest appreciation to the gentleman who, as far as we could observe, was overseeing the culinary operations across all the hotel’s restaurants. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but I do remember that he is originally from India. I sincerely hope that the hotel management will recognize him from this description and pass on our personal thanks and appreciation. His extraordinary dedication, professionalism, creativity and genuine passion for excellent cuisine made a lasting impression on us. We had the pleasure of speaking with him several times in different hotel restaurants. These conversations were always warm, interesting and enjoyable. It was truly inspiring to meet someone so passionate about his work and so personally committed to the satisfaction of his guests. Dear Chef, thank you for your outstanding work, your remarkable dedication and the time you so kindly shared with us. Your passion is reflected in the wonderful culinary experience offered throughout the resort. Two Exceptional Speciality Restaurants Our wedding anniversary dinner at IA Speciality Restaurant was one of the most beautiful moments of our holiday. The romantic atmosphere, delicious cuisine and attentive service made this special occasion truly unforgettable. The wonderful surprise decoration of our room after dinner was an incredibly thoughtful and touching gesture. We will treasure the memories of that evening for many years. We wholeheartedly recommend IA Speciality Restaurant, particularly for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. Another restaurant that deserves our highest praise is BEEF Steak House. The dining experience was absolutely outstanding. The delicious menu, excellent preparation of every dish and beautiful, elegant presentation reflected exceptional culinary skill and attention to detail. Our sincere compliments to the chefs and the entire team at BEEF Steak House. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates excellent food prepared and served with genuine passion. Special Thanks to Rebeca and Khandija at Promenada We would also like to express our very special thanks to two wonderful ladies, Rebeca and Khandija, from the main Promenada restaurant. Throughout our stay, they took exceptional care of us, making our everyday dining experience a genuine pleasure. Their kindness, attentiveness, warm smiles and thoughtful service made us feel truly welcome and comfortable every single day. Immaculate Cleanliness and Magnificent Tropical Gardens Another aspect that deserves special recognition is the exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the entire resort. Absolutely everywhere — in our room, the restaurants, swimming pool areas, pathways and all common spaces — everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. We were equally impressed by the magnificent tropical gardens, lush greenery and beautiful flowers, all cared for with extraordinary attention to detail. The dedication and hard work of the housekeeping, cleaning and gardening teams are clearly visible throughout the resort. Our sincere thanks go to all those working behind the scenes. Their efforts make an enormous contribution to the beauty, comfort and exceptional atmosphere of RIU Palace Zanzibar. A Place We Will Always Remember What truly distinguishes RIU Palace Zanzibar is not only its beautiful location, outstanding cuisine or excellent facilities, but above all its people.
