Klajdi Resort

Stunning stay at Klajdi Resort & Spa I stayed here for 4 nights in October 2026 with a friend, and it was absolutely stunning from start to finish. The staff were the highlight. Everyone was kind and accommodating, but special thanks to Raul, who gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room and left us complimentary snacks. He greeted us warmly every single day and made us feel so welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and the view was instant vitamin D and a serotonin boost. Waking up to the sea each morning was a dream. The resort itself is beautifully kept, clean and so pleasing to look at. The indoor pool and spa area was brilliant, with a steam room and sauna that were perfect for unwinding. The restaurant served lovely food with great service, and the beach was clean with plenty of sun beds, so there was never any hassle finding a spot to relax. We'll definitely be back. Five stars from me!

Recently stayed at this hotel, what a nice hotel. Staff were all friendly and attentive, rooms were spacious, food was nice, pool was good and plenty of comfy sunbeds available. The guy at the poolside bar was constantly smiling and happy to make you drinks all day long. Raul on reception gets a special mention for also being our chauffeur driver what a nice friendly guy who often stopped for a chat and made you feel extra welcome. It was nice to see how well all the staff were treated and they clearly love working for the company which we learnt was family owned and run. Great little stay for our first time in Albania

The hotel is nice but the staff at the front reception are so rude and passive aggressive. Never in my travel life have I ever experienced such hostility. The rooms are not provided with any complimentary water. No breakfast tea. Couple of fruit tea and no spoon. Pillows are stone hard, when asked for a soft one they gave us ones which were even worst than the ones we had. The weather is still quite warm but the AC is switched off in the entire hotel and the reason was, the guests were complaining that it was too cold in the night. A fan was promised but never came to our room. We had to leave the bald door wide open through the night. Two nights into our staying, unfortunately we have not slept a wink. This hotel is very disappointing! We are left exhausted when we came here with the intention to relax not get extremely stressed.

We booked a 5-star all-inclusive package through TUI Netherlands, expecting a luxury getaway, but the reality fell dramatically short. This hotel is a 3-star property at best by European standards. Here is what you actually need to know before booking: * The Room & View: We paid for a "garden view," but our window faced a waste container and dumping area. The air conditioning unit was covered in mold, rendering it unusable, housecleaning was subpar, and the Wi-Fi was so weak you couldn't even load social media. * The "All-Inclusive" Illusion: This was the biggest letdown. Despite paying for an all-inclusive experience, access was strictly limited to a single indoor dining hall during very restricted hours (7:00–10:00, 13:00–14:30, and 19:00–21:00). Hungry outside those times? You're out of luck. The only outdoor restaurant and cafe area were not included, so there goes more money If you want to enjoy eating or drinking outdoors. If you enjoy a decent espresso, forget it—you get a low-quality machine at breakfast, which is then turned off for the rest of the day. * Facilities & Service: The "beach towels" provided were actually frayed, worn-out bath towels. While the Filipino staff members were wonderful and friendly, the receptionist was consistently rude and unhelpful. * Food & Hygiene: The food tasted fine initially, but the exact same menu repeated every three days. While we didn't spot bugs in our bedroom (though several other guests reported them), we did notice insects near the kitchen area. * Beach & Vibe: If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, look elsewhere. The beach area is crowded with wesps. Final Verdict: It is deeply disappointing to visit a beautiful country like Albania, pay premium money for a high-end experience, and regret every cent spent. TUI seriously needs to audit the properties they affiliate with and apply realistic rating standards—labeling this as a 5-star hotel is completely misleading. Save your money and look elsewhere. Also the check-in and check-out process managed by TUI and the hotel was completely unacceptable. On our first night, we arrived around 22:30 to find no food or water available. Since tap water in Albania isn't drinkable, we were forced to figure out a local delivery app on our own just to get basic necessities. On our final day, after being forced to check out at 11:00, we were expecting to be able to use the hotel amenities until our 19:00 airport transfer. Instead of accommodating us, the receptionist insisted on checking whether we had eaten on our arrival day—implying that if we had, we wouldn't even be entitled to lunch. To top it off, they refused to store our luggage securely, leaving our bags completely unsupervised in an open area of the lobby for hours. A ridiculous and stingy way to treat paying guests that left an extremely bitter taste in our mouth. So we paid for 8 days and only a had 6 day worth vacation...

We had a unforgettable famiily dinner at Klajdi, all was superb!!
