AlpenParks Residence Bad Hofgastein

I personally did like the building but there are a few things to complain about like the environment. Like I’m not really satisfied about how for three buildings only use two laundry’s and only ONE DRYER. And the old woman who works there is not nice at all and does not really respect her customers that well and she never hears them out when they have something to complain about or just talk about and is most of the time very rude.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpen parks. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! We look forward to vacationing in bad hofgastein again. The skiing and sledding is wonderful!

We went there with an other family a total of 8 people. The flat was fantastic. Clean and very nicely equipped. A great Bonus was the free entrance to the local Thermal Pool, which is great for kids as well. If you go for skiing, a little hint. Since the Ski rooms are in the first flor and walking up the stairs is cumbersome / enter the hotel through the garage after your ski trip. This way you can take the elevator to your ski room.

This hotel is one of the best hotel for family to stay in Bad Hofgastein. I have stayed in apartment with tow bed rooms with excellent views over the city. I suggest this hotel to everyone want to stay in Bad Hofgastein.
