Alpin Apart

We visited in early January as an extended family and we loved every bit of our stay at Alpin Apart. Our apartment was spacious, airy but warm and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and in very good condition. Quality appliances and very functional. Beds were comfortable, we got excellent rest. The pool was a great touch after a day out on the slopes, and the kids were very happy to be able to splash about every evening. Pool area is also spotlessly clean. The area is very picturesque, so much so that we are thinking about paying a short visit this summer as well. Our hosts were friendly, kind and welcoming, and we found communication to be excellent from start to finish.

(+) Alpin Apart is located on the country-road a few minutes by car from Flachau village. The house is well accomodated and clean. There is a swimming pool rather for relaxing and playing fun than for sport. You can also relax in the sauna. There is also a living-room on the ground floor of the main building where you can spend time with friends or children playing some games. The place is perfect if you want to travel with group of friends. Perfect WiFi. (-) No payment by credit cards.

We have visited the Alpin Apart to spend few days of skiing in Flachau. Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with the place for the following reasons. 1/ First thing the owner informed us that we have in the apartment only 2 rolls of a toilet paper for 4 adults and 4 nights. We if would need more we have to buy our own. All this for 170 Euros for a night??? 2/ in the apartment were weak lights, owner probably saving money at the wrong place. 3/ totally dull knives, unable to cut anything, we asked for a replacement, but knives were not available. 4/ we had to ask for dishwasher tablets, garbage bags etc. We feel that for the price we paid there should be another level of service offered. We were in much better places for much less money!!!!!!!

We were lucky to be guests in completely new building of the complex opened in 2016. Apartement is really spacy, really well furnitured - in old alpin style with modern touch. Each bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, huge living room with kitchen, big table, sofa and great view from the windows. Swimming pool downstairs and saunas in other building you can get to with stairs. Complex is on the hill a bit aside from the village - quiet position with great view and cross country ski trail just in front of the house. Ski bus is coming right next to the main building - 10 minutes ride to the lifts in Flachau. If you want to ski in Flachauwinkl/Zauchensee it is better to ridy your car. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The 3 bedroom apartment, 2 shower rooms & separate toilet was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had ample cooking facilities and free wifi. The indoor swimming pool was heaven and not too busy the views are lovely. The spa area is small but adequate and there is a lovely relaxation room with free teas and homemade biscuits. The hosts were very helpful and there is a daily bread delivery. The location is quiet, we had a car so we ate out in the numerous restaurants in Flachau each night. The skiing area is great with plenty of variety we also visited Zauchensee slopes for a day. The Therme Spa in Altenmarkt was great for a half day visit on our last day. It is a lovely area.
