A truly exceptional hotel, more than wonderful in every detail. Its location is fantastic, with a beautiful river and breathtaking views. The reception staff provided exceptional attention and care, and their unique way of dealing with guests was truly appreciated and respected. I especially thank Mr. Sebastian, Mr. Jakob, Mr. Magdalena, and Mr. Kevin, who upgraded my room to a very large and wonderful suite with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful view. Their service was much better than what I experienced at some other hotels in Zell am See. I am very grateful to them and will definitely visit again in the future

Make absolutely sure you are not booking an apartment near the restaurant/bar, especially if you are staying with small children. The thumping noise of the "music" is absolutely unbearable and the reception is either unwilling or unable to do anything about it. The restaurant/bar staff is dismissive about complaints. Everything else about this establishment is overshadowed by this, frankly, abhorrent experience.

Our stay at Carpe Solem Rauris was completely successful! We were 4 and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartments are modern, stylishly furnished and at the same time incredibly cozy. We particularly liked the fact that we had enough space and could enjoy time together as well as retreat opportunities. The facilities really left nothing to be desired. The location is simply top: pleasantly quiet, with beautiful mountain views and yet you are quickly in the center of the village. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area at the same time. The highlight was the wellness area – ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay additionally pleasant. Overall a perfect place for a holiday with friends or as a small group. We will definitely come back!

We only had lunch here at noon several days. This was easy for us. Staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean and tidy and is right to the ski slope. Different dishes tried and everything was fine.

The apartments are nice and clean. The wellness area is wonderful and the swimming pool is also nice. Bathrobes and towels can be rented for a fee. There are good parking options in the underground car park and directly in front of the hotel. The immediate proximity to the lift/cable car and the slopes is unbeatable. Unfortunately, the restaurant is often fully booked in the evenings and the food is OK, but nothing outstanding. It is better to go shopping for breakfast yourself. There is no breakfast buffet, just a totally overpriced bread roll service.
