Alpin Resort ValSaa

We are recently back from a wonderful holiday at this amazing hotel. From the moment you walk through the doors to be greeted by the lovely reception staff you know you’re going to have a fabulous time. The hotel is spotless and the house keeping staff do a brilliant job. This is not your average all inclusive hotel, your evening meal is served rather than a buffet, there is a choice of menu which changes every day. You are given a Joker Card which entitles you to free rides on the extensive cable car system and a mobility card for free bus and rail journeys. There are numerous walking and cycling trails and when you return to the hotel you have the use of indoor & outdoor swimming pools and spa not forgetting the water beds. We had a truly wonderful time at the hotel and hope to return next year.

On arrival at reception after a long journey we were met by Rosa who greeted us with a lovely smile and asked about our well being. Rosa efficiently worked through the checking in procedure and as we were tired arranged for us to be shown the resort amenities either later or the next day which we accepted. This establishment is a haven of peace and quiet and with the help of the efficient ,courteous, inobtrusive and helpful staff presents a calming but functional atmosphere. Cleanliness is paramount throughout, the dining room is run like clockwork again with excellent staffing that complements the varied and interesting meals and wine on the menu. The hotel is well placed in the village with two main lifts within 5-10 minutes walking time. The Spa and pool areas cater for all the recreation you could wish for and again are serviced to a high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. .

We have just returned from an amazing holiday spent at the Alpinresort and I can honestly say that it was one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had, from the very first interaction when checking in and being greeted by Samantha with her ever present smile and helpful nature from answering our silly questions to giving us a tour of the Spa facilities. This initial contact set the bar high but this high standard was carried onwards by all the other staff we had dealings with I’d just like to mention young Jesper at the bar who was very helpful and attentive and gave us very useful information in planning local walks and lastly our fantastic waiter Marco who served us the most delicious meals and wine we’ve had the luck of trying all served with a smile and lovely attitude. This hotel is truly fantastic with amazing food, drinks, spa facilities and above all sensational staff across the hotel I would recommend it to anyone and if I was lucky enough to come to this part of the world again I’d definitely come to the Alpinresort at the drop off a hat. Lovely hotel with all amenities and excellent staff who took care of any issues we encountered Food of excellent quality and love the experience of waiter service for evening meal. Not your usual free for all at this all inclusive, and best of all. No children

We are just back from a wonderful week’s walking holiday based at Alpinresort ValSaa. The hotel’s location is unbeatable for hiking in the area, with easy access to gondolas, bus routes and local supermarket/sports shops. All the facilities are top-tier & very well maintained, and management seem t9 have thought of everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous saunas, refreshing and relaxing pools and the spa and fitness classes/gym were great. Our third floor superior room was quiet, comfortable, very clean and usefully equipped with fridge, safe and lots of wardrobe storage. The hotel’s location even had self-service washing machines! Above all, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable indeed - and adults only was the icing on the cake! The all-inclusive food was excellent, with lots of flexibility and great variety. Evening dinners were high quality with carefully chosen wine pairings, and great waiter service, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return!
