Excellent family run hotel, great position and service, comfortable rooms and lovely food.

A lovely hotel with excellent staff (a special mention to Louisa from Hungary who was unfailingly kind, helpful and cheerful!), delicious meals, spotlessly clean and in a superb location. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. My only gentle suggestions would be that you dropped charging for tap water at Dinner and had the coffee machine operating after Dinner.

Thankyou for a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room ( corner balcony above door) was spacious and had a lovely view. Very comfy with huge bathroom… All our evening meals were delicious and well presented, and served by a friendly staff. Between 3-5 you can go to the dining room for soup, cakes, salad and sit anywhere, but other meals had an allocated table which was useful as you knew you wouldn’t have to queue to sit down anytime. Really enjoyed the singer, he had a wide repertoire of songs for all nationalities and we stayed until he finished, it was so good! There are 2 spas, one clothed and one not… lots of different saunas, relaxation rooms in each. Wonderful walks from the hotel or the bus heads towards Brixlegg station every hour. Excellent stay

What an excellent hotel! The location was great and the hospitality second to none. The food was good and very well presented and our room (Bergidyll) spacious and very recently decorated. The bathroom passed 'the grout test' with flying colours. The Alpbachtal card was very useful for using the bus and exploring further afield.

This is an excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, all very friendly. The reception staff were very helpful when I broke my glasses and all the staff in the restaurant were attentive and efficient. Special mention to Timon who was always very careful that I was served gluten free meals (I have coeliac disease) so special thank you to him from "Mr Glutenfrei"! The hotel is ideally situated in the beautiful village of Alpbach. Transport links were very good, with lovely walks all round. We can highly recommend this hotel and if we ever come back to the area it would be our first choice of hotel.
