Hotel Kaiserhof

Superb location right next to Hanhenkamm cable car and train station and short down hill stroll to Kitzbuhel centre. Unprentious and traditional hotel, staff are attentive, rooms very clean, breakfast amazing and wellness centre an added bonus. Very good value and would highly recommend

Wonderful stay, kindly gave us an upgrade on arrival. Lovely room, beautiful views, very quiet despite being fairly central. Hotel very clean, excellent breakfast, plenty of choice, highly recommend, parking can be an issue if you have a large car (underground option really tight). Staff very welcoming and hospitable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I even received a free upgrade. The room was lovely, and the location is fantastic, just next to the lift for easy access to the walkable areas. Overall, the experience was exceptional. I have nothing else to add.

A truly excellent hotel. Thank you so much for the hospitality and care with the food intolerances. This is a lovely hotel situated minutes from the Hahnenkamm cable car and from Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm station. Our room 331 had balcony overlooking the mountain which was quite big and quiet. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Once the food intolerances had been explained the hotel could not have been more helpful- soya milk is standard and soya yoghurt was brought in as was a local ancient grain sourdough with no yeast. This came with a full list of ingredients from a specialist shop in the town and was delicious and caused no pain. The evening menu worked and only a small alteration was needed to one dish to enable us to eat at the hotel. No need to worry about the cable car which runs through the middle of the hotel- it is silent. Again, thank you for a great stay.

Lovely enjoyable place to stay, beautiful view of mountains and cable car running up and down the mountain..very relaxing experience. Rooms and hotel very clean, railway station close and very useful for travelling to many beautiful places nearby, including very near the centre of Kitzbuel, with history and charm When we needed information staff were generally informative and friendly, making it the perfect holiday Lovely outside seating area, and able to have breakfast inside or out with attentive waiting staff, very good selection of buffet breakfast items for our taste, particularly local cheeses, breads etc It is so useful to have the ability to get the cable car nearby, and the mountains at the top had amazing views and refreshments. The hotel was tranquil and had no noise issues, do not know if this might change a bit in the peak skiing season, but then would have benefit of watching skiing activities. For us a good holiday we will reflect on for some time.
