Hotel Elisabeth

Very nice accommodation , large rooms, very clean, lovely food, very nice staff, beautiful grounds. Bed was comfortable. Nice pool and spa.

We arrived and were warmly welcomed, which gave us a very positive first impression. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill when we went for dinner. The restaurant was in complete chaos. We waited around 40 minutes between courses, and when the main course finally arrived, my girlfriend’s pasta was overwhelmed by so much chili that it was almost inedible. My own dish was so salty that I’ve been drinking water ever since. Overall, the service throughout dinner was virtually non-existent. The following morning at breakfast, we again experienced a complete lack of service. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged by the staff, and even when we said hello to the reception staff, we received no response. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and nowhere near what we would expect from a four-star hotel. The price is simply not justified by the quality of the service and the overall experience.

We highly recommend Hotel Elisabeth. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and warm, and the dinner and breakfast team is highly attentive and genuinely dedicated, offering a refined yet personal level of service. Each evening we felt truly welcomed. Our sincere compliments to the chef, who handled a challenging allergy with great care and expertise. Every evening the dishes were thoughtfully adapted, and each dinner was absolutely excellent. The hotel is immaculate, well maintained, and features a delightful spa. What truly distinguishes Hotel Elisabeth is its outstanding staff, for whom we are very grateful. We will certainly return.

Such a lovely hotel! We had the most perfect vacation (six days) with excellent dinners and excellent facilities (spa, gym, etc.). Very, very good and attentive service all over, beautiful big room and excellent wine recommendations at the dinner! We also hit the slopes and enjoyed the alpine sports. We also went to Innsbruck and Zell am See to see some other places. They are very easy to reach by train.

Spent a week here in February. Such a lovely and beautiful hotel. Amazing food and giant spa area. Still remember the views from the hot tub. We were upgraded to a junior suite with fantastic mountain views. Great location between two gondolas, only 5 mins with ski bus.
