Best drinks at the beach bar..

We’ve been here a couple of times before and were happy with our overall experience (in fact, the reason we came back). I am happy to see improvements: the water in the (gorgeous) infinity pool got warmer (a few years ago was too cold). The hotel is still very clean and the staff is hardworking and attentive - a soecial mention to Isa from the lobby bar, doing an excellent job. Oposite, a guy at the reception, Boyan, who is an a*hole, rude and unfriendly (refused to give us more still water for the minibar. Ok, we understand that only 2 bottles per day are included - in fact prepaid in the package, NOT free - but anyway the other items left unconsumed are left for the other day and don’t need replacing so the hotel is not losing money). A big hug for the entertainment team. Tip of the day: The snacks at the Beach restaurant are a great alternative to the main restaurant for lunch. Though the general good impression, I think some updates to the room furniture and bathroom amenities will be needed soon.

Beautiful experience , travelled at the biggining of May with familly , hetel fully booked , I was surprized , except a little bit crowd when taking the dinner all others was perfect. Nice entertaiment.
