Grifid Hotel Vistamar

This hotel fully meets every expectation for a relaxing holiday. The cleanliness is outstanding, the food is excellent, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The buffet offers a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all prepared to a high standard. A special thank you to Maître Nikolay Nikolov and his team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional service throughout our stay. The entertainment team is also fantastic and very engaging. A special mention goes to Konstantin Tsolov, whose energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return! Highly recommended! 👏😊

The hotel and location is nice, however there are still points of improvement. It started one day upfront my arrival when they sent me a email to inform me that they do not have a room for me and my family and they offer in another hotel, but when I asked for complementary parking, suddenly it was fine - I left home already disappointed and frustrated, almost ruined my vacation that not even started. There was no pool for small kids so we spent a lot of time in the mini club area. Luckily we met Matteo, Konstantin, Louis, Quentin, Stefi, Flavie & Ilias! Matteo and Konstantin came to say goodbye on our last day, very nice people. All were super cool, made a lot of activities with kids but also with adults, so it was fun. The playground was not that clean, however the animators were very entertaining. The food was good, but evey day the same types, the deserts not that tasty, just looking good. The room was not deep cleaned, I would expect more for a 4 stars hotel, no slippers, no bathrobe, etc. Every day I had to chaise the cleaning employee for coffee and sugar because he was always forgetting to add it when cleaning. The atmosphere in general was nice, but some details need more focus. Noise level was ok, we were on the 3rd floor with sea view and was not that bad, the only noise was when they were using the microphone for entertainment, which was coupe of times per day. Pool was nice, bar super ok. The Italian night was a bit disappointing since expectations were higher compared to what we had already in the previous days in the dining area. Overall was ok, but I would not repeat the experience, I had big expectations from Grifid chain hotels, this was a downgrade.

We had a nice holiday in hotel Vistamar and chosen the best week because of the 25 years celabrating Grifid Hotels✨! With had a quiet room with a wonderful view! The animation team gives us a week with lot of fun, crazy games and unforgettable moments and memories! There are not enough sunbeds available for the number of guests, which makes it very difficult to find a place to sit and relax. At the same time, removing guests’ towels after just 10 minutes seems unreasonable, especially when they may have briefly left the sunbed to get a drink, use the toilet, or attend to other matters. I understand the need to prevent sunbeds from being reserved for long periods, but I believe a more reasonable time limit and better management of the limited sunbeds would be fairer to guests. Overall, it is a lovely hotel with good food and a nice setting, but the sunbed situation could definitely be improved.
