Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa

Just done 10 days here. The hotel is well located away from Sunny Beach but you can still hear it if you leave your window open! Hotel facilities are very good, everything you’d expect from a modern hotel and there’s lots of staff, all friendly and professional. Food can be a bit hit and miss but there’s such a wide range available at mealtimes there’s always something you’ll like. Would we come again, probably not but thats because we weren’t fans of the area, the hotel is excellent and if you want all the noise and excitement of Sunny Beach but somewhere to relax at, this is your place.

It was an amazing hotel, perfect balance of relaxation and things to do. BIG shoutout for Vansi, Katie and Kristi who were a fabulous entertainment team, and a real credit to the hotel. The Bar team were also super friendly, especially Deni, Mark, Sergey, both Ivan’s, Georgie and Peter. The VIP Catamaran cruise was brilliant the Dolphins made it very special on the way back. Khans Tent is also a must. The only negative thing was the temperature of the pools, they could have been a touch warmer. Otherwise couldn’t fault it, We will be coming back. 🫶

Well what can I say just loved loved loved this hotel ! The hotel is beautiful, the swim up bar pool , the choice of food at every mealtime , 24 hour bar and snacks, friendly staff and we were waited on in the bar areas and in the restaurant and we didn’t pay the extra for premium service you can pay for ! . the location was out of the main strip but close enough to walk along the beach and this suited us as a group fine , the views from our room were beautiful. The room was clean and fridge re stocked daily Negative was we were a group of 3, so one of us had the sofa bed and sadly there were only 2 chairs on the balcony so we couldn’t all sit out together , I also found a few times in the hotels eagerness to stay clean (which the hotel was all the time) the toilets by the pool were often closed for cleaning , so it was a 2 flight stair walk to the ones near main reception or going to the ones on the beach We also only saw the jet 2 rep present once in our 7 day stay, the Tui rep we noticed daily , other than that perfect and booking to go again with the hubby in the next year x

The good bits first. Absolutely fantastic location. The view from everywhere is beautiful. The pools are stunning and the swim up bar was just the best. The atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxed with plenty of sunbeds available. Our room was located on the 10th floor. Huge bedroom with walk in shower. I thought the food overall was very good indeed. We did upgrade to a preferred room but if and when I come back I don't think I will book preferred again as I don't think it's worth the money. Now our room was lovely but the air con was not working. We asked many many times for it to be fixed but it never was. So sleep, or lack of it, was an issue. As we had a late flight, 10.45pm, we asked for a late check out or use a room we could shower in. This was denied to us by a very very rude young lady on reception. We went back later and a young man extended our room to 2pm. Not ideal. We had to mention our lack of air con all week. Had to shower in the loos downstairs. Never ever had to do that before !!!! Shame really because it really spoilt the end of a lovely holiday.

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and modern - the grounds and rooms left a great impression. The food was truly delicious and varied, always plenty to choose from - big thanks to the kitchen staff! The service staff were simply wonderful. Waitresses Liudmila, Darya, Lesya, and Lena were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The bartenders pleasantly surprised us too - always friendly and quick. And our amazing housekeeper Medi became an essential part of our holiday - her care and professionalism will stay in our memory for a long time. Thanks to staff like this, our vacation was truly lovely. Our only disappointment was the Preferred Club service, for which we paid an additional fee, but we didn't notice any real difference compared to the standard All Inclusive package. In my opinion, this surcharge is not worth the price. Despite this, we would definitely recommend the hotel - for its beautiful grounds, delicious food, and most importantly, its wonderful staff.
