TUI SUNEO Perla

First time here in bulgaria, we have had a lovely time,the hotel beat our expectations food lovely,most staff are very efficient, rooms are modern,spacious and very clean,my only issue is the lack of shower facilities for late checkouts we have a very late transfer,and have to checkout by 12 our transfer is collecting us at 23.55 so we have neally a 12 hour wait after checkout ,I did ask about a late checkout and its 70euro until 6pm ,I feel this is ridiculous as all we really want is to freshen up before our flight,so hopefully on my next visit I can get better flight times

Excellent location 5 mins walk to Flower Street short walk to beachfront , 2nd time of staying in this fabulous hotel , food is amazing ,staff so friendly , entertainment on every night couldn't wish more for a brilliant 2 weeks stay

Just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel . Cannot fault it . Cleanliness is 100% Staff are polite and helpful, check in /out quick and easy . Our room overlooked the pool area. Not noisy or intrusive, pleasant and a lovely experience overall Exceptional food for AI . Something for everyone at a very high standard. Excellent location, easy , short walk to the centre and beach , bus stop nearby . Will definitely return.

Our stay at Perla TUI SUNEO was absolutely wonderful, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality of the entire experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with the housekeeping team doing a fantastic job every day. The location is also excellent, as the hotel is very close to the beach, and we really appreciated the availability of parking spaces, which made our stay even more convenient. The food and drinks were also of very good quality, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. A special mention definitely goes to the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure guests had a great stay. We especially appreciated the dedication of the housekeeping ladies, the bartenders and the live cooking team. Their positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. We absolutely loved the themed evenings, especially the traditional food inspired by different countries. It was a wonderful way to experience something different every night. The fun and entertaining activities organized every evening were another highlight and created a really pleasant and lively atmosphere. Overall, Perla TUI SUNEO exceeded our expectations. It is clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their guests and puts a lot of effort into making the stay as enjoyable as possible. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun and high-quality holiday!
