Room small bed hard as nails fridge inside a wardrobe no tea or coffee in rooms wen we arrived man on desk was sleeping not very helpful as fr food bland not kind of food I eat

Another absolutely brilliant stay .Already booked for next year , lovely rooms great food. Kiri, Nicos and their family are all excellent and bend over backwards to make your holiday the best. The staff are also amazing and so friendly. Thanks once again for a lovely holiday see you all again next year xxx Matt & Teen

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, majority of staff speak very little English especially after 9pm at night. We had a number of issues through our stay but the two main ones happened around 10pm and the staff could not help as they were not understanding what we were saying, when we managed to speak to the owner / manager a few days before we left and explained the issues he became very defensive saying it was not his fault as he wasn’t made aware, I tried to explain the reason he wasn’t made aware was because his staff don’t speak English and the was a language barrier. I said I will be making a complain to TUI and he then became very angry and aggressive. I was worried for my safety. Food was nice in the evenings but very poor at breakfast

Stayed here in August for 10 nights. We arrived late tired but excited only to be greeted be a chap at reception who obviously wanted to go back to sleep. Our room was situated on the 2 nd floor but on opening the door we were a bit disappointed with the both the room size and the bed. There was a fridge but no welcome water inside which considering you cannot drink from the taps and arriving at 2 am was a bit naughty. Next morning we attempted to get showered inside the bath only to find out the safety handrail was dangerously lose on the wall. I couldn’t accept this and immediately asked for a walk in shower at reception and to be fair to management was happily allocated one in the afternoon. Appreciated that. Food wise we found the evening meals slightly better than the drab breakfast which basically is served outside in what resembles a cafe. Typical breakfast was fatty bacon and what tasted like fried cocktail sausages. Eggs where plentiful as where serials but the toast machine was incredible slow. Evening meals offers a themed selection of mixed dishes some of which where decent and some not so appealing. Every single evening you where asked for your room number by a staff member who seems to have short term memory loss with guests faces but never the less he wanted to know who you are. Despite these set backs the biggest issue many guests had with the management was its inability to stop guests putting towels down at midnight or in many cases simply left overnight on their favourite spot around the pools. Time after time the towel game stopped other guests finding spot even at 7-00 am . This need addressing asap otherwise you won’t get a single bed unless to follow suit and this happens despite warnings inside the lifts which strictly says no towels to be left overnight..yeh right. We also found some ( not all ) staff members particularly in the restaurant/ cafe miserable and they looked simply fed up. Other staff members such as the cleaners where completely opposite and always had smile and greeted us every morning. These staff members where the ones who we felt deserved a good tip when we left. Overall a three star hotel with room for improvement because if the management did this and given this hotel’s fantastic location you would easily be able to stay here worry free.

Last day of our 10 night stay at the chrystalla hotel. We have had an amazing time! lovely superior hotel room with huge balcony overlooking figtree bay. Staff are great, and the lovely lady who cleaned our room was amazing! Our room was left spotless and smelt lovely and clean every day when we got back from a busy day at the pool. Have not got a bad word to say about this hotel
