Fabulous new hotel in Ayia Napa. Beautiful grounds, the best pool and sun loungers, stunning rooms and amazing staff - particularly Stella the manager and the bar and pool guys, all so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, and lovely lunches - best club sandwich ever 😁 Drinks are great and well priced - thoroughly recommend the Cosmo’s. All in all highly recommended - I’d go back like a shot (and very probably will next year 😁)

Absolutely stunning hotel — we really enjoyed our stay! ⭐️ As the hotel is so new, everything is absolutely immaculate. The pool area is fantastic, the rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, and the staff were just amazing throughout our stay. The hotel manageress was so lovely, as were all the reception staff. A special big thank you to the pool staff, who were always so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was one of our favourite things about the hotel. The music was fab, there were zero sunbed wars and always plenty of sunbeds available. The sun loungers were honestly the comfiest I’ve ever experienced, with cushions and pillows provided, as well as clean towels. They also get the sun from around 10am until 6pm, which was perfect. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. The cappuccinos, fresh orange juice and pastries were delicious, and we particularly loved the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. One thing I only realised after reading other reviews was that Prosecco was also available at breakfast — I had no idea! Perhaps having a drinks menu at breakfast would be a nice touch so guests can see the full selection available. Our room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels daily. The housekeeping staff were fantastic. I also loved the little touch of the lovely wine glasses in the room. There isn’t an iron in the rooms, but when we asked, the hotel kindly provided us with an iron and ironing board, so this wasn’t an issue at all. We stayed for a week and honestly didn’t want to go home! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay. The rooftop pool and bar are still being finished, so I’m sure the hotel will be even better once everything is fully complete. We can’t wait to return and see it all finished. The only downsides for us were that the spa isn’t included in your stay and there is an additional charge to use the facilities. We also found the prices of the pool food and drinks a little excessive for us personally, so we chose to eat and drink out instead. I’m sure the food and drinks are of a high standard, but as we didn’t have any, I can’t comment on them. On our final day, our flight wasn’t until the evening, but the hotel kindly allowed us to use a room at the spa to shower and get changed after checking out. They also kept our luggage safely in a secure room, which was really appreciated. The location is great too, with some lovely bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed Levanta Grill, which was only around 10 minutes along the road, and Yo Thai, which we ate at a few times during our stay. Seasons was great for cocktails and Tommy’s Pub was good fun for karaoke! Overall, we really couldn’t fault our stay. We loved every second of being at this hotel and would happily return. ❤️ Can’t wait to come back someday!

Nice hotel, Service is absolutely shocking get better service in a 3 star hotel, The cocktails are a ridiculous price €18 there’s enough bars are restaurants round the area for half the price they charge the food is well over priced in the hotel there’s a shop over the road go and buy your drinks and sit round that pool with them, Thank me later adios amigos

The hotel was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

A lovely 5-star hotel with beautiful grounds and a pool! The breakfast is amazing—featuring shrimp, salmon, a variety of sweets, and even Prosecco! The staff are pleasant; we are especially grateful to Stela for her attentiveness and care! The rooms are beautiful, Balmain toiletries are provided throughout the hotel, and everything is spotless!!!! We will definitely be back!!!
