TUI BLUE Atlantica Sungarden Park

Wow. All I can say really. Returned to Cyprus after 20 years for our wedding anniversary. Room upgrade. Amazing food. Stunning surroundings. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean hotel. We will return no doubt about that. Only criticism, hogging premium loungers with towels. I had eyed up a spot near the infinity pool as only there for 4 nights. However people placed their towels onnthe loungers before breakfast and they remained empty until I left at 4pm. Should not be allowed. Was so tempted to remove the towels. No limits on sun longer however with a great selection. Don’t expect amazing entertainment in this hotel. It isn’t about that. The walk takes about 30 mins to the square. Or a bus across the road if 2€. If you have a special occasion. This is the hotel to book!

Had a wonderful holiday here 2 weeks ago , couldn’t fault anything, the standard of food, rooms , cleaning etc , the hotel is just perfect, it’s so good I’ve booked straight away for next year, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the strip, it’s so quiet you wouldn’t even know it’s on the door step, I highly recommend this hotel, to anyone who is thinking of booking, I have previously worked in hotels for over 20 years, and can honestly say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, thank you all for a fantastic holiday.

Lovely little hotel just 15 minutes walk from Ayia Napa centre. Lots of positives - all areas are kept spotlessly clean, excellent housekeeping services, great buffet style restaurant, lounge and pool bar and friendly staff who make you welcome from the minute you arrive. The only negative thing is that I cannot understand how this is rated as a TUI Blue Hotel - as good as it is, it doesn’t compare with the standards experienced in every other TUI Blue Hotel I’ve stayed in previously. The rooms are of a lower standard in terms of decor and quality of bedding, there is only one à la carte restaurant, no premium alcohol available, no mini bar in room, and evening entertainment is limited and varies in standard. If you are looking for a relatively quiet, friendly hotel within easy reach of both Ayia Napa and Nissi beach then this is a little gem.

We’ve had such a lovely stay here and honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The hotel is absolutely spotless, but what really stood out to us was how kind, friendly and caring all the staff are. They genuinely go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and have everything you need. There’s a really good choice of food, as well as the snack bar, and plenty of drinks to choose from. The bar staff are all lovely and so friendly, especially Sanjay, who always made us feel welcome and was such a pleasure to see each day. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention too. They were always so lovely, and I thought it was such a thoughtful touch that even if you didn’t want your room cleaned, they would still leave a little bag outside your door with fresh water and toilet rolls. It’s the little things like that which really make a difference and show how much they care about their guests. The location is great too. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s only around a 15-minute walk into Ayia Napa. You can walk along the seafront, which is beautiful, or take the main road where there are lots of shops, bars and places to eat. The only fault I have found with this hotel is the evening entertainment - really disappointed in this as we love a bit of evening entertainment, bingo, karaoke, all that cheesy stuff! It seems they just had singers and it wasn’t every evening. Overall, we’ve genuinely loved our time here. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable, looked after and at home, and the wonderful staff really make the experience special. We would definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely, friendly and relaxing place to stay. ❤️🌴☀️

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, very tasty food, our room servicer Sabiha lovely woman, we always had a nice chat, fresh bottle water always given, room always clean; we had an amazing stay here :))
