Hotel Capo Bay

Location is very important to me and I believe this is the best location in Protaras - it backs onto Fig Tree Bay so you can walk straight onto the beach. The hotel is very well managed, everything is clean and the staff were helpful whatever the request. The Family interconnecting room was perfect and generous in size. This will be my first choice when I visit Protaras again.

We absolutely love staying at the Capo Bay Hotel in Fig Tree Bay Cyprus. It’s been our choice for a number of years. Our excitement starts the minute we secure our booking and know it will be a fantastic holiday for us and our two daughters. The welcome on arrival and help and kindness throughout our stay from all the staff, from cleaners to Management, makes our stay extra special. The lobby is fresh and modern, the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and a great start to the holiday. It’s a place to switch off and the vibe is one of relaxation, with each day is guaranteed to be a day of enjoyment. We love to chill laying beside the adult pool or just relaxing on the spacious area under an umbrella enjoying a snack or drink overlooking the sea. We also enjoy Fig Tree Bay just two minutes walk from the hotel, beautiful clear water and soft sandy beach. There is also a fantastic variety of restaurants open during the day and evening all within a couple of minutes from the hotel, and of course the hotel food is excellent. Thank you to all the staff at Capo Bay and we look forward to visiting you. We 100% recommend Capo Bay for a wonderful holiday.

Stayed as a couple at the end of September, Good points: Large room, with sea view ( paid for) Also large balcony as corner room Room kept extremely clean by housekeeping, sheets changed daily Plenty of comfortable sunbeds available Easy and convenient access to fig tree bay beach Friendly and conscientious staff Nice quiet adults only area and pool Attentive gentleman at reception who came to our room almost immediately ( in his suit) to help us with our shower , thank you. Not so good points Hotel very old and showing wear and tear, needs updating We found the breakfast quite limited compared to other hotels we had stayed in , eg no plain yogurt where you can add your own toppings, just ready made ones in tiny glasses Also food was cold on many occasions,as was the dining room, with no atmosphere We were half board, and the evening meal was split between various restaurants, which we found very strange . Being a fussy and non meat eater I found my choices very limited . I found the hotel in general very boring ,barely any entertainment either day or night, it seemed most guests would vacate the hotel on an evening to find their own entertainment. Perhaps it would be better as bed/ breakfast if we stayed again Generally we had a relaxing stay, but just felt something lacking for the price we paid .

Excellent location, clean even though slightly older hotel, plenty of sunbeds by the pools, good breakfast, accommodating staff.

Great location with fantastic staff and a lovely big room with a nice size bathroom, very comfortable bed with great linen, breakfast was really good with a great choice, Protaras is a really nice place with plenty of bars and restaurants with the hotel nicely situated. We have friends that we were with that have booked for next, would we go back in the future, Yes. Great Hotel.
