Hotel and staff were amazing Our wedding day was so special and perfect

When we arrived at the hotel , we were greeted by the hotel staff , very friendly and explain everything to us , very straight forward . Went to our room which was very nice and clean , we had two single beds so I went back down to reception and explain could we have a double no problem all sorted quickly, by the members of staff , 🥰 the little touches they had done to , it was their Easter weekend, so they give us mini chocolate eggs , a beautiful loaf of sweet bread yummy 😋 Also little box's with Turkish delight sweets, so very kind , plus painted boiled eggs which you could eat , so kind of the hotel , The staff are amazing 👏 every single one of them , they want you to enjoy your hoilday , and nothing is too much trouble 🥰👏 Breakfast well what can I say 😋 their is so much to choose from, I can be a fussy eater but their was so many dishes for everyone, super well done 👏 to all the restaurant staff they really do want you to enjoy your meals friendly staff 😊 once more nothing is to much trouble. Areas around the hotel so clean , and well looked after , by the friendly staff, inside and out. 🥰 5 out 5 for this hotel its a beautiful place with beautiful views of the beautiful 🌊 ocean 💙 Spa is also amazing lovely warm inside pool., sauna steam room and a lovely chilled area , so the pool is free , the sauna plus steam room is free before 12 clock After that is £10 but still very good . The reception staff are so helpful and kind and we got to meet one of the managers her name was Maria who took time to come and speak to us , she was very kind lady , plus my partner had a cyprus coffee made by a lady from reception called floren think that was her name , made with love they say , ❤️ not forgetting dressing gowns and slippers to match capo bay So Mark and Dawn would like to say a huge thank you very much for making our hoilday so special 😊 in beautiful cyprus 🇨🇾 see you soon xx

Excellent service from all the staff . Very professional . Eleni on reception was exemplary real asset to the hotel . She helped us out so much .. Flora also on reception very good and professional. Nothing was too much for these ladies . Breakfast awesome lots of choice. Spa and staff amasing . Will definitely will be back

This was our second time staying at Capo Bay and I must say it’s still as wonderful as it was all those years ago. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and friendly. Perfectly located on the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach and right on the lively strip full of bars and restaurants. If you’re heading to Protaras then this is the place to stay.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and well serviced. Facilities were excellent. The food was great. Service from the entire staff was exceptional.
