Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites

Just had the most relaxing 5 days anyone could wish for at Napa Mermaid. Beautiful room (Grande Suite), amazing food & drink. Nothing is too much to ask for! I must give a big shoutout to the Housekeeping staff who do such a fantastic job in that heat - all with a smile on their face - thank you!!!

Very good service nice friendly staff in the reception and restaurants really nice people everywhere in the hotel . Very clean rooms toilets and very comfortable beds , Very close to a very nice beach and very close distance to the center .

Absolutely outstanding. Everything was exceptional, the room was super clean, lovely pool, great spa, and the staff were incredible. Everyone who worked at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and polite. I came with my partner for a relaxing week to celebrate our anniversary and we were left a lovely anniversary card and wine in our hotel room. The hotel itself is outstanding, it has everything you need and is walking distance into the town and located just across the road from the beach. It’s close by to the bars if you’re looking for a more party vibe holiday, but equally it can be completely avoided if you’re just wanting a chilled quiet/ romantic getaway. The restaurant Elia offers some lovely and high quality options, and there is also a buffet option for the main restaurant. The breakfast was phenomenal, the selection was huge and a mix of traditional cooked breakfast items, Greek cuisine, fruits, pastries, cakes, juices, salads etc. The pool area has a lovely vibe with chilled music and a bar with some fantastic cocktails. Lots of places to chill both in the sun and shade. There’s a paddle court and outdoor pool table too, and live music on some of the nights. Overall we had such a lovely experience and will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Great hotel with an excellent location, very close to the beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large veranda and a beautiful side sea view. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return
