Staff are amazing, so welcoming, attentive and kind! Petra on reception is a credit to your hotel, she is unbelievably helpful and kind. This is our 6th stay in the hotel and we will definitely be coming back again. The rooms are clean and modern, food and drinks are lovely. The hotel has all the amenities around it and is only a 10/15min walk from the beach. Would highly recommend a stay here if you’re ever in Aiya Napa. Thank you again for a great stay and always looking after us!!! ❤️

Me and my friend have just come to the end of holiday here and it was lovely. The food was good and the hotel was really clean. The staff were really kind and always friendly. We would come again, we just wish there was some entertainment on the evenings or throughout the day. Other than that it was fabulous 😍

We have been visiting River Rock Hotel since the day it first opened, and after so many stays over the years, it continues to exceed our expectations. We stayed again this year from June 1st to June 7th, and once again had an absolutely wonderful experience. If we have counted correctly, this was our tenth stay at the hotel, which says everything about how much we love this place. There are many excellent hotels in Ayia Napa, but River Rock feels like a second home to us. Every year we return with great pleasure, and every year we leave already looking forward to our next visit. The biggest reason for this is the incredible team. Petra at reception is simply outstanding. She is always cheerful, positive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that every guest has the best possible stay. Her warm welcome and willingness to help with absolutely anything make a tremendous difference. It is also always a joy to see Katerina, the head waitress, again each year. She is one of those rare people who makes every guest feel special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and constant smile create a wonderful atmosphere throughout the restaurant. A special thank you as well to Angel from Bulgaria, who is consistently friendly, polite, and eager to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and his positive attitude is appreciated by everyone. And of course, Regina deserves special recognition too. She is pure energy, always active, and always making sure guests are well looked after. Another small tradition that makes us smile every year is seeing the 6–7 cats that live around the hotel. We were delighted to see them again this year, and they have become part of the River Rock experience for us. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, comfortable, and exceptionally well managed, but what truly sets it apart is its people. The entire team consistently delivers a level of service that is becoming increasingly rare to find. Thank you to everyone at River Rock Hotel for making our stay so memorable. After ten visits, we can honestly say that River Rock remains our favourite hotel in Ayia Napa. We cannot recommend it highly enough and we are already looking forward to returning again next year.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming—from the housekeeping team to the ladies working in the breakfast restaurant. We would especially like to mention Petra at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our vacation even more enjoyable. Her friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. The room was cleaned daily and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended! Rating: 5/5 ⭐

Great modern hotel (exactly as the pics shown on the website), location perfect for the square for Nightlife and Nissi Avenue for restaurants and shops . Two large supermarkets practically outside of the hotel which is great for buying drinks snacks etc. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was fabulous (loads of variety) even down to the coffee which is rare on holiday. We had a room facing the road which was perfect for us as we loved people watching on the balcony . Free air con and a free fridge in room to keep your beer and drinks in. Our room was a good size. We were 3 girls and had plenty of space. Chilled music played around the pool but not much of a party atmosphere which was disappointing. Nothing to do with the hotel just the types of other guests staying at that time ( mostly Swedish). It didn’t stop us from having a good time just missed the banter with the other guests which generally makes your holiday . Pool was great and a godsend when it gets really hot throughout the day? There didn’t seem to be a lot of sun loungers though and I can imagine when the hotel is full you would struggle to get one . Wouldn’t say it’s a lively hotel, even though it’s a Jet2 vibe and if that’s what you are looking for I would say look elsewhere, but would definitely recommend if you just want a decent hotel near the strip , close to shops restaurants and approximately 10 euros in a taxi to Nissi Beach which is absolutely gorgeous and definitely worth a visit. Late checkout available on our last day as we had a 11:45pm flight home . Girl on reception was amazing and so helpful and a real credit to the hotel, hotel staff really friendly especially the girls in the restaurant. Visit Liquid restaurant round the corner from River Rock , food is gorgeous and massive portion sizes, you won’t be disappointed Also the Mexican restaurant on the walk down to Nissi Avenue , food was amazing and the atmosphere was unreal , watch out for anyone having a birthday celebration in there it’s hilarious haha All in all a fabulous holiday for the price we paid xx
