The hotel is. Very very clean , what let it down is the breakfast is ok the half bored food is not good at all not worth the money , it’s not even proper meal s just snacks on buffet not cooked food . The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you . The reception staff are fantastic especially a big thank you to Petra who is the star of this hotel Will still come again but not H B , only breakfast only . The al a cart menu is not good enough and is not worth the money .

The hotel was located right in center of Ayia napa and it has great food! We ware very happy whit food and especcially a girl Petra. We reconend it to all of you. We really enyojed our vecation.

Center very good location, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, nice beaches, seaport, and also to food and souvenir shops. However, it could also be noisy due to the busy street when the room is located in front building right next to the street. (We didn't find it problematic when sleeping with the closed balcony door, but it's definitely not silent) The closest beach is close to the harbour and has pebbles in the sand, but the eastern part of Pantachou beach is very nice and reachable in a 10-minute walk (1km) in the shade. The rooms could be a little better cleaned, but it's ok. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, have a walk-in shower and a tea/coffee maker in the room, and a nice balcony. The interior is modern, exactly like in the pictures, but a little worn. Although the rooms are good for the price. The breakfast and dinner had a good choice and variety, but nothing special. The desserts were quite good. The staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel, it's definitely better than other 3-star accommodations. I think it could easily reach 4 stars with very small fixes in the rooms and a little concentration on the cleanliness of laundry.

I highly recommend it, we spent a few days of our vacation here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were rich. The beach, shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Thank you for a nice stay.

We are having such a great stay in this wonderful. I can't understand why it's only 3 stars. The staff are exemplary and so focused on their customers' needs. Petra was our first receptionist when we arrived. She was so friendly and efficient and we were soon in our rooms. Toula the booking manager has met our every need too and so has Pia. Everyone speaks excellent English which helps. The owner Mr George and his wife live in the hotel. They keep an eye on things to ensure great quality. All the staff have been well trained. Of particular note is Katerina our waitress. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is so friendly too. The food is delicious and there is a very varied buffet with themed nights such as Mediterranean, Mexican and BBQ. Very good value. The rooms are very spacious with armchairs and seats on the terrace. All kept clean by Josie who comes in daily. A very effective a/c system is in place. WiFi and 4 English tv stations are provided plus tea/coffee making facilities. A walk-in shower helps with my mobility issues. In fact the hotel caters well with wheelchairs and mobility aids.
