Seagull Hotel Apts

We stayed here for 2 weeks in 2 rooms, and would never stay again. The actual pool is fine, however the loungers are mostly broken as are the umbrellas, the canopies are tattered and torn, with discarded beds around the edges of the pool area. The lifeguard broke twigs from the bushes for us to pin the umbrellas up. The children's play area in the pool doesn't have the waterfall running and neither are the jets in the seating area, the children's playground is a disgrace, with the one swing hanging by a broken rope and the plastic climbing equipment smashed and sharp. The tennis court is unbelievable, just a concrete space with broken fences, no net and a dumped unit with pipes coming out of it. The pool bar is very poor and you can only get served if you can find the man somewhere around the hotel. He then disappears, or sleeps on a chair until someone disturbs him, there is no music, and he finishes at 4p.m. There's absolutely no chance of getting any drinks after this time, the inside bar never opens, so you can't meet up in the bar before going out because it's closed with towels over it. Housekeeping is very poor, we came home from a beach day out and had no bathroom towels at all, my partner went to reception and was asked why he didn't report it earlier!!!! obviously we're on holiday and were out, then he said he would ask the manager about towels when he had finished his shower!! Our beds were being made up, but they didn't seem to want to change the towels regularly, so I had to go and ask for clean ones. Three disabled people were checking in with their scooters and the manager told them they'd have to take them up in the lift to their room!! Even though there's plenty of room in the reception areas out of anyone's way. The rooms are extremely dated and poor. The room they give you to use for a shower if you can't have a late checkout is ridiculous, it has broken tables and beds in it, no air-conditioning and is dirty.

Just come back from here and had a great time manager christous was great and nothing was to much trouble and staff friendly great location 2 mins walk to beach restaurants and bars on doorstep been goin to cyprus for 17 years started at seagull then and it hasn't changed since although hotel needs updated it is clean and does for sleeping and changing never need to hurry down to get sunlounger as always space . Pool was never cleaned that we seen as lots of sand at bottom of pool whole time we were there 11 days seen them putting chemicals in and testing but that was it

2weeks stay 10 June to the 24 June 2026 christos and staff very welcoming very friendly couldn't do enough for you excellent. Apartments basic but clean had every thing you required. Area penera, all amenities short walking distance from hotel overall 5 🌟 star experience enjoyable holiday thanx to all

Lovely basic hotel , clean and has everything you need for the price . Perfect location 1 minute from the sea front , 1 minute from the bus stop if you want to go into protaras . Supermarket across the street, close to good restaurants. For the price point its excellent value for money
