So Nice Beach Resort

It was an amazing experience and such a beautiful place the beach in front of the hotel and the pool were just incredible absolutely recommend!!!!

We spent a week at So White Club Resort at Cyprus in July, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing stay we’ve ever had. Our friends, who paid exactly the same price, received a much higher-standard room with a living room, bedroom, balcony, and jacuzzi, while we were assigned a dirty single-room that looked like it was under renovation. Water was leaking from the ventilation, there was sand and dirt in the shower, mold in several places, and dead insects and dust on the floor. From the very beginning, we tried to change rooms, but we were met with excuses and attempts to make us feel foolish. We were told to come back another day and that supposedly the check-out system “wasn’t working,” which “unabled” them from providing a room change the next day. The manager, despite our requests, never came out to speak with us. Instead, we spoke with a staff member who kept consulting with the manager every few minutes, which we found extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the staff member was extremely rude and laughed in our faces when we were clearly frustrated. The staff tried to convince us that “our room was still better than our friends’,” even though the difference was huge. After 1.5 hours of discussions and waiting, we were finally showed to the room. Only because we insisted and didn’t let them dismiss us did we get the option to change to another room, which was supposedly occupied at first. This clearly shows how misleading the hotel and its staff can be. The second room was indeed better, but still dirty — the mattress was badly stained, the fridge was so old and filthy that we were afraid to put anything in it, and the towels we received were stained and not fresh. As if that weren’t bad enough, it wasn’t just the inside of the hotel that was dirty. The pool, the poolside mattresses, and the entire pool area were also in poor condition and definitely in need of cleaning and maintenance The food at the hotel was terrible, frankly inedible. Hams and cheeses were not refrigerated properly, and flies were flying around. We only had breakfast included, and even there, there really wasn’t anything worth eating. To make matters worse, some of the photos used to advertise the hotel were AI-generated at the time we booked the hotel, which we only realized when we arrived and compared them to the actual rooms. The cleaning staff was kind and did their job, but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and in need of renovation. Also sadly as I mentioned before approach to customers is far from good. The only positives were the nice surroundings and proximity to the beach, but that is far from enough to recommend this hotel. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard and more professional staff.

The staff in reception, were arrogant When we arrived at 3 in the morning told us they over booked and sent us half a mile away for 2 days to another hotel with no lift the towels and bed sheets don’t get changed for 3 days the shower was slow ants 🐜 everywhere the food not bad but when they had a party of Italians they put all there food out 2 stars at best

It is not a 4 stars hotel. The cleaning service was very poor. All the bed sheets were stained. From the first day there were a lot of ants that were getting into our rooms. Most of the times, after the "cleaning service", they forgot to bring us fresh towels and I had to look for the staff to bring me the towels. The Wifi was not working at all in our room. We have talked with the receptionist but they didn't fix it.The food was nice. We had the bed&breakfast option and the food was delicious. The private beach it is not private at all. There were only a few sunbeds not enough for the whole complex. It was very hard to find an empty sunbed. I would not recomend you to book your holiday here.

Excellent, people who work in hotel are very nice, pleasant, kind. Place is on good position. We are for sure come again.
