Sunrise Beach Hotel

We have always stayed in the sunrise chains, we went back to sunrise beach this year but never again, how standards have slipped, no longer do you get a bottle of free water daily or the turn down service, in fact we were lucky to get a room-clean, we had to go to reception after 3 days to ask them to clean the room. It’s so sad as we will never return as it feels just like a standard hotel not what we have become accustomed to from the sunrise groups.

Our 3rd year staying at the Sunrise beach hotel and personally would come back every year. The hotel is situated in an excellent location and the staff in general are superb and helpful. Then you get to.the beach bar, Yannis (Bar managet), Thapa, Adamos and Marina are the absolute best. Of all the holidays I've been on Yannis is the only head bar man I've ever remembered when returning to a hotel.

This is our 3rd consecutive year at the Sunrise Beach, and it has become our home from home. Amazing location. The hotel staff always will always do their utmost best to accommodate anything you need. But... the most special bit about this hotel is the Beach bar.... the staff work extremely hard and are very attentive to guests making everyone's stay memorable - they are one of the reasons we return. So a very special mention to Yannis (in my opinion the best bar manager in Protaras) Adamos, Marina, Thapa (always smiling) and Prakash (for his effort in learning Welsh). These staff are a credit to the Sunrise Beach Hotel.

Excellent location, Went with my hubby for my 60th birthday, Rooms are clean and cleaned everyday, Had a sea view room amazing views especially sunrise can be hot on balcony but did go beginning of July so expected, my 3rd year in a row as last 2 years with my friends, Especially love the adult pool Yannis the barman was amazing, friendly, funny always made time to chat service was brilliant because of him spent more time at the pool bar, really missed him on his day off as atmosphere wasn’t the same, Cannot fault the hotel all the staff were friendly and polite, liked that we was only 2 minutes away from the strip and the beach plenty to do, I will be back again.

Our 3rd year at this hotel and have already booked next year. A lovely hotel with a good location to the beach and local bars. All staff are very helpful and we get on well with Yanis and yash at the bars.
