Aminess Laurel Khalani Hotel

Terrible place for couples! Not 5 stars hotel, it deserves not more than 3 stars. Bad service in the restaurant and the bar! Dirty and noisy pool full of kids all day long. There is no room for any privacy. Very hight prices in the restaurant. The lift is terrible, you have to wait it all day long. Just not relaxing!

This has been beyond disappointing. Guys, sorry but this is unacceptable. The service is subpar. -Damian? You really need training to be working in this industry. Borderline rude. - The virgin Mojito I ordered (and paid for) tasted nothing like it. When I went to ask, the answer was “we don’t have lime”. Then take it off the menu! - Sure the hotel looks ok, but the service and overall experience failed the minimum expectations. Let me remind you this is a 5 STAR hotel! If you’re in the area, you’ll get significantly better value and experience at Medora Auri ;)

This is not a 5 star hotel, evzry thing they say they do they simply don’t: - adults only pool: full of kids … - no airbeds in the pool, people simply lay on it in the pool, no lifeguard or leadership to explore -poolbar is a kids place to jump and play - beachbar closed, no communication done - personal try to do their best but there is simply no focus on a 5-star customer experience Not worth the value you pay for it and definitely not a 5 star hotel. Travel agencies be careful when you have customerq willing to pay for a 5 star hotel AND expecting a 5 star experience

This hotel is new and updated but the service is terrible. The front desk team cannot help with requests and suggests you email the corporate office. The corporate office takes a week between responses leading to no resolution of any issues or concerns. I ended up paying for 2 rooms, although I only booked one and the hotel would not assist. The customer service is very poor and that made the experience poor. If you care about having a nice experience, I would recommend staying at a different hotel

Absolutely lovely hotel and Croatia is amazing! Can't recommend enough. Hotel is outstanding and staff just spot on. We did not want to leave
