Worthless help from staff. We paid same amount of money as our friends and we got a lesser room. When asked to get what we paid for we got an even lesser room. We paid for ocean view and got basically half..

Our stay at Hotel Berulia was a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was at a very high standard – the staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the rooms and common areas were clean and nicely maintained. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, beautiful views, and quality of the breakfast. Everything was well organized and effortless. The location is excellent for relaxing and enjoying the sea, while the hotel itself has a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were helpful and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a hotel I would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

Advertised 24/7 room service, its a 24/7 COCKTAIL service, if youre working and have to miss dinner, at 11pm you'll be left with nothing to eat, no dinner, nothing is open in brela, no delivery. nothing. i'll just starve i guess. "5 star" hotel by the way. bs

Loved the hotel - superb experience. Great location on the beach with great pool areas. Lovely clean large room with fab sea view. Breakfast was superb, great choice, relaxed - and with Prosecco included too!! Lunch was great - pizza with burrata and prosciutto was a first for us and delicious - with views to die for. Drinks service around the pool was great - look out for Elmir serving drinks around the pool - he’s a legend. Lovely walk along the promenade into town for dinner and the promenade was fab for day time strolls too. Peak season and enough sunbeds - even at midday, although some pool areas were very popular and all sunbeds taken whilst in other areas sunbeds still available. Reception staff were very helpful and arranged a hire car - the hotel car park was very busy so very welcome that we just dumped the car and staff park it and arrange for it to be ready when you next leave - super convenient and hassle free. Couples massage at the spa was superb, uber relaxing with lovely staff and surprisingly good value. Overall a fab week and now looking forward to transferring to the sister hotel Elaphusa in Bol, Brac. We’ve previously loved staying at Ikos hotels in Greece and would highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to praise our young concierge, Sara Gabelica, who performs her job with great enthusiasm, kindness, and professionalism. She is always smiling, approachable, and ready to assist every guest, regardless of their request. With her positive attitude and dedication, she contributes to creating a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. She has a wonderful relationship with everyone, and her cheerful personality, warm smile, and positive energy contribute to a great atmosphere among both guests and colleagues. She is always willing to provide support and help whenever needed. I am confident that, with her hard work and eagerness to learn, she will continue to achieve outstanding results. Many compliments and praise for her excellent work!
