My expurance on Bluesun Hotel Neptun in Tuchepi Croatia was ameizing , all staff and Managers where exellent .Food and drinks exellent , Hotel has the best location and is all inclusive . Thank you for greatful experiance .

We had a wonderful holiday at the Bluesun Neptun. The hotel is well situated just a short walk from the marina along a lovely well maintained path peppered with shops, bars and restaurants. There is a fishing quay in the other direction. Great fun for snorkelling. The hotel was clean, the food was plentiful with loads of choices. There was a small amount of poolside entertainment each day, but it was not intrusive. Very few English guests during our stay which added to the feeling of being away in my opinion. I loved sitting out in the olive grove bar area. The best thing about the resort however was the staff. They were so friendly, so welcoming and made our trip. Particular thanks to Jorge, Ante & Ludmila who made our stay so enjoyable.

Brilliant hotel in an amazing location. I would definitely recommend it for single travellers and families alike. Don’t miss out on all the extras available at the hotel.

Great location and rooms with fantastic views, but the poor service and very noisy restaurant were a big disappointment.

I am very pleased with my first stay at BlueSun Hotel Neptun. The surrounding mountains make a striking impression, and both the beach and the sea lived up to my expectations. There are also excellent walking trails in the area. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Every single member of the team from the hotel manager, reception staff, bartenders, housekeepers, chefs, waiters, and maintenance staff to everyone behind the scenes deserves the highest praise. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine kindness made my stay unforgettable. They work incredibly hard to ensure that every guest feels welcome, valued, and well cared for. Thank you for this wonderful stay! I wish this hotel continued success and prosperity in the future.
