We can't fault the location. A stones throw from the beautiful beach and a lovely walk to restaurants and cocktail bars. The atmosphere is so peaceful, being at the tail end of the season, and still hot! The hotel and grounds are very clean, staff and cleaners friendly and helpful. There is something for everyone in the all inclusive buffets. The beer and coffee is great but the cocktails leave a lot to be desired, such as a little alcohol! There are lots of lovely little seating areas if you move away from the pool. One of the most peaceful breaks I have experienced. There is room for improvement, specifically, a fridge and tea making facilities in the rooms would have been great, plus some outdoor table for eating by the restaurant. Overall a good 3 star hotel.

We have just returned today, and I felt the need to share some information; Firstly, if you are a non-smoker then go somewhere else! The whole complex is a smoking area, a soon as you walk out of the door to the outside area you are greeted by the stink of a giant ashtray, Smokers everywhere. I thought I would be OK by the pool but how wrong was I, they even smoke in the children’s pool area which I think is criminal. After two days by the pool my Asthma could take no more, it is impossible to get away from cigarette smoke. We ended up spending our days on the beach costing us an extra €25 a day for the beds. Don’t believe the photos on the website, The area is so overcrowded it is unbelievable. Look at the website photos and count the beds, triple that number and add some more then you may get an idea of the overcrowding. The rooms are so small you need to come out of the bathroom to dry yourself, and the towels supplied should have been incinerated a couple of years ago (see photo of towel) The towels you get for the pool area are better than the ones in the room. The pool has steps hidden in the water, they are not marked and if you don’t know where they are you will find out soon enough when you stub your toes on one or step off unaware into a deeper area. There is a big sign stating No diving and No ball games in the pool, Guess what? They don’t even enforce their own rules. At 10:00 daily, two girls (staff) come to the pool with a large speaker and sit playing loud music, no interaction, no pool aerobics just loud music for an hour. Never did figure that out. So, if you want to read or listen to your own music you can’t between 10:00 and 11:00. The restaurant was not great, the food would have been OK if you could have got to a table before it went cold, we asked 3 chefs why the plate warmers were not on and three times got met with a shrug of the shoulders. Our last two days there were about 40 teenage boys from different schools eating in the restaurant. I have no idea why they were there but the noise levels whilst trying to have dinner were incredible. They were all over the restaurant in groups so you couldn’t get to a hot plate to get food, and the cakes were gone in seconds. Last night we left and came back after they had gone. The drinks at night are served in the same plastic cups you get at the pool during the day, I understand completely about not having glass by the pool, but it would have been nice to have a decent glass on an evening? Regarding the pool Bar, one evening some off duty staff arrived having a fair few drinks as well as the on-duty staff knocking back the shorts. At one point, Antonio who should have been working, left the bar, snogged the face off one of the off-duty girls (see photo) before sitting down on the steps to smoke a bit of cannabis? In short, Would I return to this hotel? Not in this lifetime. We made the most of a mediocre Hotel and enjoyed our holiday but if we ever return to Croatia, we will book somewhere else. Other English couples we spoke to felt the same but not sure if they will comment?

Lovely clean relaxing hotel,the staff were all very pleasant .Beautiful location with mountains behind and sea in front of hotel Thank you especially to Nicol on reception who booked us a trip to stunning Dubrovnik when jet 2 let us down the day before our trip The only thing that let it down for me was just 1 toaster that was soooo slow at breakfast and it would of been nice to be able to get a decent freshly fried egg ,apart from that we had a fantastic week in the sun here ☺️
