Heritage Jupiter Luxury Hotel

Lovely hotel Centrally located - you are about a 10 second walk away from the cathedral, square and bell tower They even came down to. the the promenade to meet me so I would not get lost finding the hotel. Clean and tidy Great choice for breakfast Room was wonderfully decorated Shower a bit rubbish and over a bath which was very deep, so. you would have trouble getting in and out of bath or shower if you had short legs, or poor mobility There was no safe in the room. All in all. a lovely stay and great service

This is a very solid basic hotel. The location in the pedestrian old city is lovely, and it’s great to be in that area after all the cruise ship people leave the city! And the people-watching from the outside breakfast seating area was terrific! We found all the staff super helpful — front desk, restaurant and cleaning. The room was quite small with the essential amenities of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & hand wash. There was no mini fridge or robes, so not sure about that part of the hotel write up.

Great location and the service was amazing. We had a great time. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was very complete and we were in the middle of the old town in Split

Access is difficult. Taxi drop-off is a long way from the hotel, then dragging cases over ancient flagstone & up many steps is not good - & not mentioned anywhere. Even inside the hotel, the lift stops in between floors, so there are still more steps. Our standard room was tiny, really should be used as a single & not a double. No fridge, no water, no kettle etc. Shower was a height suitable for children, not adults. Breakfast was very poor, everything low quality. Fried eggs straight from the kitchen were hard & cold, bread not fresh. The "bar" was on the street, & available to all. Not the quiet, air-con place to relax in a comfy chair at the end of the day.

We had a great stay in Heritage Jupiter Hotel where the staff, room, food & facilities were fantastic. The location of the hotel was superb as bars, shops, restaurants and the Riva Promenade were a couple of minutes walk away. Thanks again!
