Hotel Salona Palace

good location, friendly stuff, clean, modern, and great breakfast!

Lovely hotel, 20 minutes away from the airport and next to the Roman ruins. We stayed here as a group of friends for a mini break. The hotel is great has spacious room and breakfast. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves and the food at the restaurant was fantastic we enjoyed it so much we had 3 meals here rather than heading out. Split is about 20 minutes in the other direction to the airport. Joe’s beach was great and the shuttle from the hotel takes you. We paid 35 euros for a bed which was a bit steep but the beds was very comfy and we had it morning till close. The beaches are very pebbled so I would recommend beach shoes. Split itself is wonderful so much to see and do we did the underwater museum boat trip afternoon sunset cruise it was amazing. Watch out for the mosquitoes they bite. In all my years on holiday I ve never had so many bites 🙈

Excellent! Staff,rooms and service was ok. Clean and wi-fi excellent. You can enjoy in beautiful view from balcony and i recomend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. The location, about 15–20 minutes from the town of Split, was exactly what I wanted — peaceful, surrounded by lovely gardens, and away from the bustle. The pool was a highlight, especially being open until 9 pm; it was magical to swim and relax in outside jacuzzi under the stars. The on-site restaurant was delicious, so much so that I found myself choosing to dine there several times instead of heading into Split. A perfect place for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and a touch of luxury.

We had a junior suite for our family of four which was perfect. The room was clean and spacious with a big balcony. We really made use of the pools and jacuzzi and it was great being provided with fresh towels when we used the wellness centre. The breakfast buffet was excellent - a huge range of food is provided and it really set us up for the day! The hotel is outside of Split so we used the hotel shuttle bus( free) to travel in and came back by Uber which costs around 10 euros on average. Our favourite beach was Castelet, a short walk from Joe's beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel if you don't mind staying just outside of Split.
