Me and my husband visited this hotel for our honeymoon to split and honestly for a 3/4 star hotel its a 1 at best! Location wise it is very close to the beach which is a bonus and there is a nice walk into the city centre which is about 20 minutes. It's also an 8 minute drive away from the shopping centres and a 5 minute walk to the hospital and there was a spar and pharmacy very close so the location was very positive. The hotel however was not so positive. Besides one staff member all the other members were rude and not very accommodating and at one point I had to visit the front desk twice about a screaming match happening next door to our room and a rooftop party being way too noise quite late at night that they don't usually have according to the staff which didn't help our stay. We also had an issue with our shower and when it was fixed we came back to the whole en suite wet and flooded because whoever fixed the issue decided to leave the shower on!! Housekeeping changed our bed and there were dirty stains on them and in the wellness spa the plaster on the ceiling was missing or peeling off. The food in the restaurant wasn't the best. However, the breakfast was the best part of the day. But if you are up before breakfast and have to leave for a coach they basically give a meal deal that you have to pay for instead of some small pastries in a takeaway container. The health and wellness centre was nice and the ladies who did the massages were absolutely lovely. I would only recommend the breakfast and the massages here. So if you want a full English and a bit of self care on a Sunday this is the place. But a luxury hotel is pushing it a lot! Would not recommend.

What a fantastic hotel, friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us ,the food is the best food I’ve had in a hotel loads of choice at breakfast, and a great menu at lunch and dinner large clean rooms might and airy

We have just come back from a week here a group of 16 The rooms were lovely some much bigger than others but all nice We were on 3rd floor Bed the best I’ve ever slept on , cleaned each morning ( been where not cleaned till later in the day ) Rooftop Pool and bar fabulous , staff friendly , spa great and had a lovely massage from Nino The food is really good but the restaurant lacks atmosphere and air con on too high Bar closes promptly at 11 and lights go off outside which was annoying The hotel very clean although our cleaner didn’t clean the floor there were obvious crumbs left All in all would recommend

We’ve just come home from a perfect stay at this wonderful hotel. We genuinely could not fault anything. We stayed in room 408 which had a wonderful view over the Adriatic. We were checked in by Irena, a lovely lady who made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of information which was so helpful. We saw her throughout our stay and she constantly checked that we were having a nice experience. All the staff we met were just fabulous; restaurant at breakfast, domestic cleaning rooftop bar staff. They clearly loved and took a pride in the service that they provided which was fantastic. The hotel itself was superb. Wonderful location just outside the city centre but a lovely 30 min coastal walk or a €6-9 uber ride. The rooftop pool area is a great feature to chill at the end of the day. This is a great hotel. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so very special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we are most certainly going to return.

For a small hotel it has everything you need. Spa area with sauna, steam room and tropical rain showers experience. Good sized pool and jacuzzi. Enjoyed a massage mid week. We upgraded our room and had a good sea view on floor 3 with plenty of space. Not many rooms had balconies. The air con in the hotel was fierce. Although it could be turned down or off in the room public areas were too cold without wearing extra layers. This meant apart from breakfast we seldom ate in the hotel restaurant. However several good restaurants nearby or in town. The location is five minutes walk from a sandy beach with other mostly pebble beaches nearby. About twenty minutes walk from the old town. The people on reception were brilliant and as we were a large group booked restaurants for us all. S hour out to Barkarola restaurant for views and food. The rooftop pool was a bit chilly so only went in once but the seating area was good with some shade and plentiful sun beds. Overall a good value package from Jet2 and would come again.
