Beautiful 7 night couple holiday.Great welcome and nothing was too much trouble,very friendly attentive staff.Hotel was spotless and a lovely upgrade to a stunning room. Food was hot,tasty and could always find something to enjoy.Drinks fabulous Beautiful location,laid back and quiet.Gorgeous walks to some lovely coves. Great value for money and would highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet peaceful break. Don’t hesitate to book and we will be returning. Transfer from Split was about 2 hours but scenery was incredible.

This is a mixed review for several reasons. Firstly the staff were mostly amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was extremely good and plenty of variety. Staff were helpful on reception and maintenance issues resolved quickly. Plenty of water machines available for top ups. The scenery, sea view and sunsets were stunning. TUI rep always available and helpful ‘digital’lady on reception. There is a nice walk along the promenade with gorgeous views. We were told on arrival that there were four bars, Grand Mojito, coffee bar, snack bar and beach bar. The beach bar was closed for the whole ten days of our holiday. Snack bar - staff not very friendly and choice of food poor and didn’t seem very fresh. A list of what was available would have been helpful as staff didn’t seem willing to explain. Because of the 60+ steps back up to the buffet, a better choice of snack would be welcome, we often missed lunch because we didn’t want to go up and down twice. There was no other option which I don’t think was made clear in hotel information. Pool was cold and what was the point of the other circular ‘pool’, thought it was going to be a hot tub? The transfer was 2.5 hours there and 3 hours back, wouldn’t want to do that again. We felt entertainment was limited and repeated after a week. A family member and I had massages of which I have had better, several gaps where we did not know what the masseur was doing and for 100 euros that is not on. My cousin I feel was cheated. We booked 2x 50 minute stress relief massages and she struggled to understand what her lady was saying and ended up paying 25 euros extra for ‘ hot stones’ which she had not asked for and was not told was extra, and lost about 10 minutes when she did not know what the lady was doing? Heating stones? My lady tried to give me some ‘gel’ to treat a couple of spot on my body which were a little sore, but did tell me it would be 30 euros to which I declined. 30 euros for a little gel. Really? My cousin felt ‘done’. We did enjoy our break but there were too many ‘not so good’ issues which mean we will not return. This is an older persons resort but not suitable because of access problems. There were many people with walking aids? The hotel needs an outside lift down to pool and beach area for it to fulfil its potential. There is little outside infrastructure to walk to, which may be what some people like.

I would not recommend this hotel just got back with stomach pains from their poor water that they use in their water dispensers around the hotel. If you think and are excited about it being 4 star then let me tell you, it’s 3 star at a push. The scenery was beautiful, walks are amazing and food excellent as well. There isn’t much to do and all the trips you can purchase are about 2,5 h both ways so you are spending most of your day in a taxi or a transfer vehicle. I was disappointed with cleanliness and how staff just didn’t care. You could tell it’s the end of season and they are so done with it. It’s a shame! I am sure begging of the season can be a different experience! Also pictures are taken long time ago the hotel looks knackered. I really didn’t want to be this negative and I do feel bad because I hate writing reviews but I feel like people need to know before they purchase holiday there. If you love a drink they made their cocktails by pressing a button on a machine and they tasted like a cheep soda.

We didn’t know what to expect with such mixed reviews however we had a lovely time! We had our room cleaned 3 times in a week (we chose not to every day), first time she made the beds, next 2 times we asked for clean towels as well which she did, but then didn’t make the bed, and we left a note asking for the floor to be cleaned one of the times as that wasn’t done but can’t fault cleanliness of the hotel. Food was good, something different every night with the meat and fish and also vegetarian dishes/pasta. Pizza and standard salad bits were similar most nights however they made up different salads as well. Didn’t really see anything the same meat/fish wise within the week. Veg/potatoes usually the same every night but not much else you can do with those and potatoes usually had 2/3 different choices daily. À la carte was nice for a change and again couldn’t say anything bad about the food there either. Pool was busy with sun beds but usually until 10am just gone there was plenty to choose from. We didn’t use the beach personally but again this seemed to be pretty busy most days and very hit & miss as to whether someone came to charge you (€8 for 2 sun beds). Make sure you have sea shoes as it’s very rocky! Drinks were good and didn’t really feel any were watered down alcohol wise. Evening singers stopped about 10/10.30 but bar stays open and there was no feel of the night ending when the music did. Sunsets are beautiful! Overall we had a lovely week, as described when we booked there isn’t loads around the hotel and the hotel does have a fair amount of steps but we knew this so it wasn’t an issue at all for us. If anything the hotel exceeded our expectations based on other reviews.
