Valamar Meteor Hotel

Very Small rooms,beach its almost nothing,parking not for all,I pay like other but my car stay under a pine tree,outside the parking area and for two days I clean the resin.Food its ok ,also very clean,but if you want to go to sea to stay at pool.......!Its almost imposible to have a seat at the beach if you dont wake up at 7 am.

Great location, friendly staff, outstanding service. Everything was well organized and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

This was not our first stay at Valamar Meteor, and there are good reasons why we keep coming back. The location is excellent. The beach and promenade are literally just outside, Makarska centre is an easy walk away, and the hotel has plenty of greenery and pine trees around it. We particularly enjoy the pool area and the garden. Watching the sunset over the sea from the pool in the evening never gets old. We were very happy with the food again. There was plenty of choice at the buffet, everything was regularly replenished and we ate very well throughout our stay. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. A special mention has to go to the lovely lady who looked after our room. She really took care of us during our stay, always checking that we had everything we needed and keeping our room beautifully clean. It was those little personal touches that we remembered. The staff in general were friendly and helpful, whether at reception, in the restaurant or around the hotel. We already knew the hotel well before this visit, and we chose to return because we have always enjoyed staying here. After another very enjoyable holiday, we will certainly be back.

The room was perfectly clean, stuff was very kind and helpfu, and everything that we needed they could arrange. The kids club Marko was absolutely perfect. The ladies and boys working there are absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful with the kids. At night also they have arranged for kids to have a disco. So absolutely 10 for them.

A beautiful hotel with the most beautiful view in the world. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is at a high level. I have never experienced such helpfulness from the staff anywhere in the world. My wife developed a high fever towards the end of our vacation...the staff carried her down to the lobby with their own hands and into the ambulance. This is no ordinary hotel...you feel like you are at home here. We will definitely be back.
