We had a lovely stay with our family at Hotel Niko. Although the hotel is 3 star, it definitely deserves a 4 star. The rooms are a little bit outdated, but perfect if you – like us – use it only for sleeping. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful during our whole stay. I would like to specially mention Nikolina, Martina, Josipa, Aleksandra (Front Desk). Anton was a fantastic bellman. Alver (Waiter) always took time to have fun with my 4,5 year old son and joking with him – not to mention his flawless service. Luna at the hostess desk was very kind and always smiling. Luka the Front Desk Manager is the one who always helps. The food was absolutely outstanding, wide range of variety and incredibly fresh and tasty. One day we had a fantastic almond cake at the buffet. My wife asked Srban (Head Chef) about the recipe and the next day he surprised us with a gift of almond cakes. It was a truly 5 star, amazing touch. Thank you for this amazing stay! We will be back.

We stayed at Amadria Park Hotel Niko for a family holiday of three in August. The location is beautiful, and there are definitely some positives, but unfortunately, there were also several things that disappointed us. The room: Our room was very small for a family, and the beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Our son likes to sleep with us when we are on holiday, but unfortunately, the beds kept separating and he fell between them several times. 😕 The bathroom was also tiny, and the shower head was broken, which was very inconvenient. The reception staff: I believe that as a guest, you should always feel comfortable going to reception to ask questions or ask for help. Unfortunately, we didn’t always feel very welcome when approaching reception, and sometimes I felt as though I was bothering them when asking questions. This was disappointing because good customer service can make a big difference to the overall experience. The pool: Be aware that the pool is very shallow and seems much more suitable for small children than adults. The water is also salty, which we weren’t expecting. Food: Breakfast had a reasonable selection and enough choice for us. Unfortunately, dinner was a different story. We found the choice quite limited and there wasn’t much variety. 😢 Also, wouldn’t it be better to give guests a bracelet or another way of identifying them for dinner rather than having everyone queue to get in? Parking: Parking costs £12 per day, although you don’t have to pay for the first day. The location: This was definitely one of our favourite things about the hotel. The location is lovely, and we really enjoyed walking to the beach and spending time there. For this reason, I would definitely come back to the area again. Overall, we had an enjoyable family holiday, but next time we would probably try a different hotel—ideally somewhere with an all-inclusive option and larger, more comfortable rooms. Would I return? I would definitely return to this beautiful location, but I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

We have just had a wonderful week at Hotel Niko as a family of 4. Very chilled place, clean room, lovely breakfast and dinner that we ended up eating here on 4 evenings of the 7. Right by the beach, towels are provided by the pool. They bring fresh watermelon out to the pool every day which is a nice touch and have a car you can take a lift in around the resort which so great in the intense heat! Waterpark here was fantastic as well. Special thanks for Luna on reception and Michael by the pool for fab service!
