Amadria Park Hotel Jure

This is a nice, modern hotel. The room was very clean (cleaned every day), we had a nice stay and found that where our room was meant it was very quiet at night time, we didn’t hear anything on an evening. Check in was also great, we had to wait until 3pm to check in but were given all the information needed and left our cases behind the desk so we could explore the resort. There is a lot on the resort, We had a nice meal at one of the restaurants & tried out one of the bars but found that the drinks and food were overpriced compared to Sibenik centre, we paid €30 for 2 mojitos which tasted awful. We also visited the supermarket on the resort which didn’t have much selection & was quite a walk away. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, it was €1.50 to Sibenik centre so we were able to travel out everyday. We did have a slight issue with service being a bit slow. We had to ring and ask for an iron every night (housekeeping takes the iron away when they clean during the day), almost every night we were waiting between 30 minutes to an hour for an iron to be dropped off & found that we’d iron our clothes on an evening, go out for a few hours & by the time we got back someone had been in the room to take the iron, which wasn’t great knowing that people were just letting themselves into the room at night. However on our last night we had to wait 2 hours and rang 4 times for an iron which meant we missed 3 buses into Sibenik and our dinner reservation. I don’t think the hotel have enough irons to go around so might be best bringing your own - which sounds a minor issue but we wasted a lot of time waiting around every night. Apart from that our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

The Pros The place is absolutely stunning. The pictures are as they seem. Very spotless and tidy. Stunning views all around. The sea was memorising. Beautiful place. The Cons Number of things. The room is spotless, but if you want privacy you’ve not a chance. Instead of wooden doors, it’s glass doors, not private at all. The majority of staff are very miserable except for Lorena, she was so lovely and helpful. I asked for a drink and because he wasn’t really getting what I was saying ( understandably) he shouted “WHAT, WHAT “ three times. JUST RUDE .Whether you’re in the hotel or venture out which brings me to the next thing. If you want a lot of restaurants and shops, don’t come here. There are about 4 restaurants and 1 shop about a mile away. You walk one end of the beach to the other which isn’t very long and you’re done. No gift shops to by anything. You almost feel like you’re stranded here with nowhere to go. Absolutely NO nightlife or NO day time activities, (entertainment) at all. Was bored by the second night doing the same thing over and over again. And when it rained, you were just stuck in the reception area. Not a place to bring your children. When in the pool (which was absolutely freezing) you could not take a float in. Very expensive if not all inclusive. They ran out of lots of things and for some reason never restocked it. Smoothies was on the list but no one seemed to have any fruit to make one. To top it off, there was a convention on which took over all the seats nearly in the reception area of the hotel for a few days. They seemed to get treated better than we did. Very very boring.

Wonderful stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere and great facilities. A special thank you to Andrea, who was absolutely lovely, kind, helpful, and attentive. She took the time to answer all our questions, give us great recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference during our stay. Thank you for everything — we would be very happy to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We arrived at the hotel this week on Monday and these are my first impressions: Positives - clean and beautiful resort, rooms are clean. Breakfast is fairly good but the typical breakfast you get atost hotels. Negatives - I am surprised at the staff considering I read they are supposed to be very nice but we have found it quite funny that everything seems like it's an inconvenience or not helpful. I.e. bar made a drink which was awful and when we gave some feedback it was an inconvenience to fix the drink. You don't mind if it is all inclusive but when you have to pay for something that's not ok. You have to pay for everything here - drinks (including soft drinks), parking if hiring a car, splash park TUI made it look like it's included but it's 35 euro per person for 1 day - very disappointing. - you can only have floats in the kids pool which is very shallow so my poor teens cant chill in the pool like they were hoping to do and have done at other resorts. So far disappointed and hoping it will get better as we are here 2 weeks - fingers crossed!

We have been staying at this hotel as a family for 6 years. The hotel simply shines and is simply at a high level. Reception, Restaurant, hotel bar, pool bar, Professional, smiling, accommodating, lots of nerves for children. Also all praise for the cleanliness and the entire team that cleans the hotel as well as for the guys at the entrance of the hotel who are always there to help with luggage. All in all, a big Bravo for the Head of Reception and the hotel director for keeping everything in their hands. See you next year again ❤️ Virijevic family
