It was great vacation! Many thanks to all stuff for excellent work. Food was amazing, pool, beach, baby gym for kids. Near by restaurant, main marketplace, shops, city of Zadar. Recommend to all. ;) Great work!

These reviews have to be fake, because if I could give this place minus stars I would!! or they are written from the employees... Because this place was HORRIBLE! JUST STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH WASTING IT STAYING HeRe! 4-5 star rating? How the heck did they get that rating? We stayed back in June-July for almost 4 weeks in a two bedroom two bathroom. We were two families with 3 children between us under 4 years old. This place was more than awful... Ants everywhere! All over our bags, all over our clothes our shoes the floors the bed!!! DISGUSTING!! When we complained about the ants they thought by putting bicarbonate soda all over the floors would help the issue!! Again we had 3 young children walking all over that floor! So that didn’t do anything as the next day they were back again! We complained again and they apparently would have someone to come And sort it out. We were ant free for about 2 days of the almost 4 weeks there ... useless and NOT acceptable!! We did not pay that amount of money for a ant ridden villa!! There was this tiny old dirty 2.5 seated little couch for 4 adults and 3 children... ?? Wouldn’t you have a couch big enough to accommodate the number of occupants? The floors, they were only cleaned maybe once a week after we complained that they were sticky as dirty! Again, I have no idea what the cleaners would even do in there ? The bedsheets.... they were changed twice! Yes you guessed it after complaining to the front office which we would get such a great lady sitting there rolling her eyes at us and giving us rude comments!! How do you employ such a rude unprofessional person to represent you? Oh it makes sense, the staff reflect the quality of the resort - VERY POOR! Also, there is 3 aircon units, one in each room and one in he main living room - The one in the living room decided to leak water everywhere all over the Tiles which made it slippery & we only realised when waking up and our toddler slipped and fell on the floor!!! We had to put buckets under the unit and towels everywhere to try keep it dry - again no one around to fix it in the 35 degree days and days - so we just let it do it’s thing and had to deal with towels and buckets to catch the water for over a week!! Not long after that one started leaked one of the units in the bedroom stared to d the same thing!! Again NO ASSISTANCE & no one around to fix It!! The pool haha oh the pool... it turned green & you couldn’t even see the bottom of it 😂 I think they cleaned it that one time ( 3 weeks into the stay!! ) The restaurant downstairs was ok, good food - mostly horrible service - but there were some great waiters, but many useless and rude! Save yourself the money and just rent an Airbnb!! They are better quality and cheaper!! Oh and the families who offer up their properties at least take care and pride of their houses!!

Villas are 5 min by car from ferry-port located in Jaz beach in small town Preko on island Ugljen. Central building with restaurant and pool. Apartments in villas with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living place with TV, kitchen (W/O oven, but you have microwave). All nice equipped. And the best part - big private and shadow terrace. We didn´t spent time with cooking so we took half-board and were very satisfied with offer. There was no self service for dinner, but you can choose between 3 or 4 menus (one meet, one fish, one vegi). And the food was delicious! Staff was friendly, all English spoken. Extremely recommended!!!

Very small bedrooms. Shower in the bathroom was broken when we arrived and was not repaired after we complained. Some floor tiles in the living room were loose and wobbly. Terrace was large but unfortunately not inviting. No sea view. Insect screens were available but unfortunately broken on the terrace. Dogs barking from the room next door - we didn't know that dogs were apparently allowed in the accommodation. Unfortunately there is no coffee machine in the apartment. No freezer compartment in the fridge. Unfortunately loungers and umbrellas on the beach have to be paid for separately and booked in advance. In our opinion they should be included in the price as a service. Pool does not look very clean and inviting. The short walk to the sea is a positive. Nice little place to stroll around with small restaurants.

Этот отзыв я забыл в свое время перенести из черновика. Нам все очень понравилось: Хорватия, Углян и сама Вилла. Рядом редкий в Хорватии пляж с песочным входом (важно для детей), рестораны, прокаты, рынки, живописная архитектура и природа. Администрация и персонал - отличные, отзывчивые люди! Пара советов: Для кроватей нужно по 2 комплекта одеял, Лопатка для сковороды очень нужна, Также не плохо иметь маленький нож для рыбы, Заменить микроволновки на микроволновки с грилем или добавить духовые шкафы, Вывести данные о температуре воздуха, воды в море и в бассейне в табло у бассейна, Можно сделать прямые проходы из номеров 102-104 в зону бассейна. Вот. Надюсь, когда-нибудь нам можно будет к вам еще приехать.
