Aminess Port 9 Hotel

Beautiful location. Lovely pool and beach. But….hotel very tired and more 2 star. The hotel needs a complete make over in the reception, bedrooms , inside and outside decoration, the pathways were very dangerous especially at night were the lighting was poor( one or two guests had falls ) The food in the restaurant was poor, nearly the same every breakfast and dinner and very salty. My wife is gluten free and the hotel were told by our travel company before we arrived that she required gluten free diet, but the hotel provided nothing.It wasn’t until the eighth day did they provided something for her to eat. ( luckily there was a supermarket nearby so we could buy some food for her. I like my food but I found it all un appealing. No entertainment was provided during the day or evening , there were signs saying there was entertainment but it did not happen! Location good but hotel poor!

Very pleasant welcome. Our room was tidy, whenever we asked for it to be cleaned, the cleaner did her job. The food in the restaurant was excellent (breakfast/dinner). The waiters were friendly. We will definitely be back.

This was probably beautiful a long time ago, not so much now Rooms are 2 star at best,very tired and old worn out rooms, kitchen most certainly not equipped...no toasters in any rooms...room service daily is not true, towels daily (if you request) bed linen only if you ask Pool area quite rugged due to age Lovely people who promise to sort issues but sadly do not Free pool towels finish mid September

What absolutely wonderful holiday my son and I have just enjoyed. The location and the rooms was amazing. A special shout out to Lilliana in the restaurant and the two Serbian boys at the pool, and the blonde lady on reception, they were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The only thing that stops the extra star with service is, some light evening entertainment would be great, although the end of the season, we would have enjoyed it. There was a big group of school children, who were no problem, but they had two nights of entertainment and we would have liked some. Also, a bit more cooking of the bacon at breakfast, but that is just my preference Please visit Korcula and stay here, the adventure to get there and taxi boars to the Old Town are a highlight. We would definitely return. Just fabulous

From start to finish I cannot fault this resort! Nestled in a stunning cove on the island of Korcula just a boat taxi away from The Old town. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Every where was spotless from our room to the pools to the restaurants . I emailed the hotel before our holiday to ask if they could bake a cake for my daughters 21st and they outdid themselves with a delicious and beautiful cake. We all enjoyed our wk in Port 9 and breathtaking Korcula Croatia !!!!!!!
