Hotel Dubrovnik Palace

Place is lovely and staff are great. Beautiful foyer and bar area to relax in. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms could be bigger and some areas do feel tight such as the elevators and hallways. Perhaps I’m used to different but that’s my observation. I’d also say that the restaurants could have a better and bigger menu. My palette is vast but this didn’t hit for me. Overall. I’d rate it very highly and the sea view is phenomenal.

An Icredible hotel with a stunning view in Lapad overlooking the sea. The rooms (executive sea view with balcony) were so comfortable with great views and very modern amenities. Service at the hotel was terrific in every department. The front office reception were very hospitable..looked after our needs perfectly as were the porters who helped with our luggage. Breakfast was amazing..and the staff were so very sweet and friendly (Marijana and Rhea and all others). (Perhaps Drazen who made the omlettets could have been a bit more friendly..but he was very busy). Super spread..fab breakfast with best views. The hot tubs were the highlight...so relaxing a after a full day of sightseeing ..like getting a massage ..and terrific views once again from the hot tub. Transport to the old town was very convenient. Public bus 4 just outside the hotel reception. 15 minutes journey. Ubers were also easy and cheap (around 9 euro to the old town) Strongly recommend this if you dont mind staying outside the old town and want a luxury relaxing stay

Throughout our entire stay, every interaction was met with a genuine smile and a "can-do" attitude. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making us feel truly valued as guests. Culinary Delights The buffet breakfast each morning is a highlight not to be missed. The selection is vast and delicious, offering a perfect start to the day. Beyond the food, the wait staff at breakfast is outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, efficient, and exceptionally warm. Dining while looking out over the turquoise water is a memory we will cherish. If you are looking for a blend of natural beauty, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality in Dubrovnik, this is the place to be. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Unbelievably beautiful hotel. Calm, clean, quiet. Fabulous buffet breakfast with the gracious Maryjana welcoming everyone so beautifully. Great attentive servers. Beautiful pools, beautiful views. We loved our stay here and wish them well in the coming season.

Just left after spending 3 nights at the hotel and it’s safe to say you pay for the view not the facilities / amenities. The rooms are a nice size, the bed is huge and the facilities in the room are pretty typical for what you’d get in all hotels but nothing exceptional. The room was cleaned everyday and a chocolate left on your bedside table but they failed to bother dusting the headboard and thick dust was also found in other parts of the room. Breakfast is average and basic at best, we didn’t bother having breakfast on Day 3 as it was uninspiring. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I’m not sure how the hotel can call it a 5 star hotel, it is lacking in a lot of nice touches which is a shame as the view from your room and the pool area is superb.
