Our stay at the Hotel Dubrovnik Palace has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the unbelievable setting of the property. Perched on the edge of the Lapad Peninsula, the hotel offers a sense of serenity and seclusion while providing some of the most dramatic, sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea and the Elaphiti Islands we have ever witnessed. World-Class Facilities The facilities here are top-tier. We spent a significant amount of time enjoying the pool areas, which are impeccably maintained and designed to blend seamlessly into the rocky coastline. Whether lounging by the water or taking advantage of the direct sea access, the atmosphere is one of pure relaxation. The entire layout of the hotel maximizes its unique geography, ensuring that whether you are in the gym, the spa, or your room, the beauty of the coast is always front and center. Exceptional Service & Staff What truly elevates the experience, however, is the people. The staff is incredibly conscientious, kind, and helpful. Throughout our entire stay, every interaction was met with a genuine smile and a "can-do" attitude. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making us feel truly valued as guests. Culinary Delights The buffet breakfast each morning is a highlight not to be missed. The selection is vast and delicious, offering a perfect start to the day. Beyond the food, the wait staff at breakfast is outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, efficient, and exceptionally warm. Dining while looking out over the turquoise water is a memory we will cherish. If you are looking for a blend of natural beauty, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality in Dubrovnik, this is the place to be. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Unbelievably beautiful hotel. Calm, clean, quiet. Fabulous buffet breakfast with the gracious Maryjana welcoming everyone so beautifully. Great attentive servers. Beautiful pools, beautiful views. We loved our stay here and wish them well in the coming season.

Just left after spending 3 nights at the hotel and it’s safe to say you pay for the view not the facilities / amenities. The rooms are a nice size, the bed is huge and the facilities in the room are pretty typical for what you’d get in all hotels but nothing exceptional. The room was cleaned everyday and a chocolate left on your bedside table but they failed to bother dusting the headboard and thick dust was also found in other parts of the room. Breakfast is average and basic at best, we didn’t bother having breakfast on Day 3 as it was uninspiring. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I’m not sure how the hotel can call it a 5 star hotel, it is lacking in a lot of nice touches which is a shame as the view from your room and the pool area is superb.

Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience, from the stunning views, exceptional staff and great food. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the lobby itself greets you with fantastic views. The room was well presented and clean with thoughtful touches such as wine and chocolates. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and attentive staff always available to assist with drinks. The facilities are exquisite with a relaxing spa area, outdoor pools and a whole host of other options. The location of the hotel is far enough out to be peaceful and close enough to all the major areas that nothing is too far away. The bus to the old town runs like clockwork directly outside the hotel! The views this hotel offers are breathtaking looking out towards the elafiti islands (which are well worth a trip to). We did a lot of day trips and nearly all of them picked us up directly from the hotel. Staying in this hotel has been nothing but a pleasure and it’s been a long time since I’ve felt so rejuvenated and relaxed. That’s all down to the brilliant staff and the attention to detail. If you’re looking to explore Dubrovnik and the wider area this is the place to do it! I will certainly be coming back.

This hotel is incredible. A bit of a pinch me moment as we couldnt believe how lucky we were and how great the hotel was. The staff are amazing. Truly amazing. Very attentive, very smiley, very friendly. They cant do enough for guests. The facilities - wow. The hotel is a wow. The hotel lobby with its huge windows overlooking the bay, the rooms are spotless, view from our room was to die for. Restuarant was great. We were half board. Breakfast was a buffet, an absolute feast. Dinner was a multiple choice of local food. Meats, cheeses, salad, fish. The lot. We were there out of season and the pool bar wasnt open nor was Restaurant Ponta but we didnt notice. One night the main restaurant was being used for a conference and we were asked to have dinner in the Maslina Tavern. You MUST eat there. The food was incredible. All in all, this is probably the best holiday hotel I have ever stayed in.
