Hotel Lapad

Fantastic location close to the water with some amazing views opposite. The staff were very helpful, chatty and welcoming. Our rooms were on the 7th floor which isn’t 7 storeys high because it’s on a slope. Very clean, beds comfortable and they were cleaned every day. Our rooms were very quiet at all times. Breakfast food was nice with lots of selection, bar was reasonably priced. Pool was clean but icey cold.

We have just got home from a fabulous week at Hotel Lapad. Staff were so polite and welcoming. Towels were fluffy and not hard. Food was good too. I have seen reviews saying that the food was the same etc. I don't agree with this. The spread each morning at breakfast was the same but the choice was vast, something for everyone. Even our fussy teenager ate well. I would 100% recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and in a great condition. The beds were comfy and the bedding was spotless. What more could you want 😊

Fantastic hotel right in centre and on the harbour. Bus stops outside if needed.35 min walk to old town,which is a must. Bars and restaurants nearby and cornor shops. Food basic in hotel but tasty and good selection. Staff friendly Pool Prices in the bar not too bad considering a hotel. Rooms clean and fresh,we had balcony with view off harbour. Go on boat trip,it's a local ferry that goes around 3 islands, can get off if u wish.only €7 each for 3hours...bargain Great hotel,perfect for couples

We had 4 nights in hotel Lapad early November 2025. Everything was fine but if anyone is booking a double room in this hotel please make sure the room has a double bed and not 2 single beds joined together. When you complain the hotel will blame the booking platform although it's common sense for the hotel to provide a double bed.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this comfortable hotel. We arrived quite late and were greeted warmly. The restaurant had closed for the evening but a cold supper had been left for us which we greatly appreciated. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the waterside area including the frequent cruise ships. Beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent. As it was warm during our stay we kept windows open overnight, the only issue was that there was a little noise. We stayed half board and the food was excellent. Some of the best hotel buffet food we have been served in any destination!! Given the relatively high cost of eating out in the old town, we really appreciated the generous selection of dishes and the consistency of quality in the hotel restaurant. The atmosphere in the restaurant and the surroundings were lovely. Service was friendly and drinks were good value. If you’re considering a stay in Dubrovnik this hotel is to be recommended. There is a frequent bus service into the old town and walks around the Lapad peninsula directly from the hotel door!
