Hotel Lero

We stayed at the Hotel Lero in Sept 2026. We really enjoyed the hotel. It is modern, and clean with an out door pool. We enjoyed drinks on the patio and their lounge area. It is also not far from the Old Town. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Location great 20 mins from old town Hotel & rooms clean & well maintained Rooms serviced every day Bed lovely & firm & shower powerful Majority of staff were friendly & helpful shame about 1 or 2 that let the team down Pool good but only gets sun certain times a day due to been in middle of hotel Breakfast to us was disappointing, orange juice was horrible fresh orange would be better, no cooked tomato’s or baked beans but I appreciate can’t cater for everyone Overall would come again & would recommend

Stayed at Lero for two nights along with a group. Reception area is ok not that impressive but rooms are good and huge. in fact room for 4 persons with two shower. Food is very good si is breakfast. plasantly surprised to find 6-7 vegetarian dishes both in lunch and breakfast. It was the best treatment for vegetarians. Front desk stop seems bid rude as they can deny a help politely and with kind explanation rather routine tone.

This is really a 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean. You have to ask for wash clothes. Only one bottle of water provided in the room and it is not replenished. Save your bottle to refill with tap water at the bar. This morning we were at the bar to refill our bottles with water. This was 6.58 am. The bartender was there clearing tables. He wouldn’t fill the bottles until it was 7 am because that’s when the bar opens. There were no customers around and there was no reason why he just couldn’t give us water! Anyway 7 am he grudgingly gave us water. The front desk staff could be warmer, have a welcoming smile and radiate positivity and be less rigid. . They just look at you and cannot greet. For example, “good morning how can I help you?” I feel they barely tolerate their guests. The staff need additional training in guest satisfaction making sure every guest feels valued and welcome. Would I book this hotel again? No.

Just back from a 9 night stay. We were really happy with this hotel. Spacious room, plenty of storage space and bonus points for an adjustable/moveable shower head (which as a female is always appreciated!!). Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the restaurant was never overcrowded. The Piano Bar is excellent in both staff and food/drink quality. The location is great for both the old town and Lapad, with bus stops each way close by. The pool area is small so sometimes loungers were unavailable if you went along in the afternoon (didn’t cause us a problem personally). Would definitely stay here again.
