Marko Polo Maradiso Hotel by Aminess

I loved the sea side room and it was spacious. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff took the time to secure our valuable luggage in a closed room while larger luggage was stored in open area. There is a small beach that is very close. All together, the family had a very positive vacation experience. I would stay again. TIP: You can walk to the hotel when you arrive by ferry. It is a short walk. Do not pay for a taxi. I was overcharged for such a very short ride.

This hotel is so wonderful and exceptional value for money. The view from the rooms across the port, the old town, the sea and to the spectacular mountain range is breathtaking. Sunrise and sunset from the pristine and well appointed pool area also with stunning views. Most importantly the staff were beyond obliging and the biggest asset of the hotel. I had confused two hotels in the Aminess group and three Aminess Hotels worked together to get me an optimum solution, even though the problem was entirely my fault and they had no obligation to solve it for me. Not only am I recommended Marko Polo but the culture and customer service mindset of the Aminess group - it is a credit to the team and to management - I will prioritise this hotel group in the future.

I enjoyed the relaxed vibe here and the staff were very kind and friendly which made me feel very welcomed. The rooms are quite dated, but the bed was comfortable and I had a beautiful view. Location is ideal, close to the old town but far enough away to be nice and quiet. I loved sitting by the outside pool to relax between doing things. My only real complaint is having no food available in the day. It would be better if they either extended breakfast time or offered some sort of lunch service. Overall a lovely stay

The location is awesome a 10 min walk to one town. Staff is very personable and helpful. Great pool and breakfast as well. Rooms are a little dated but otherwise highly recommend the sea view with balcony

Sorry to say that we were disappointed in our stay here as we had asked our travel agent to book small boutique hotels for our travel through southern Croatia. This hotel was large and lacks charm; reminds me of a Hilton Garden Inn. The bed was hard as a rock and we left with backaches after staying three nights. The shower was so small I had trouble washing my hair. Although the location was good (close to Old Town), I have to believe there are better options in Korcula.
