Had a lovely long weekend at this Hotel, celebrating my daughter’s birthday, we had emailed prior but unfortunately the message wasn’t passed on however they went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified. Food, service and friendliness of staff was impeccable. Location was good if it wasn’t for the ultra hot weather we would have walked more but we got Ubers which was fine. Pool was like a warm bath and very inviting. We had the V level option which I would recommend, separate restaurant which is very chilled, free afternoon nibbles,cakes bubbly in the V lounge and areas of the hotel you can use, we would have made more use of it if we had stayed longer. Cleanliness was good however the only reason for not a 5th star was he had room service a couple of times and the glasses and rotting fruit we hadn’t eaten sat there for the duration of our stay.. maybe the cleaners don’t remove them but there was a few glasses which we had moved to a table on their own so you could hardly miss them. Otherwise this was a lovely hotel and would definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were truly outstanding: welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The service was excellent, the breakfast offered a very wide selection of high-quality products, the beach was beautiful, the pool was great, and the spa area was another real highlight. The location is also ideal for visiting Dubrovnik, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and frequent connections to the city center. For these reasons, we would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Regarding our personal experience (which is, of course, only our own), we had booked a standard sea-view room for 3 nights and had simply requested a small gesture to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. At check-in, around 2:00 PM, we were pleasantly surprised to be told that we had received an upgrade. When we entered the room, we also noticed several elements associated with the V Level experience, which naturally led us to believe that we were enjoying the full package of benefits. As a result, we spent several hours feeling especially grateful and excited about this unexpected surprise. It was only around 9:00 PM, when we returned to reception to ask about the Momenti breakfast, that we were informed there had been a misunderstanding. We had indeed received a room upgrade, but not the V Level services that usually accompany it. After spending most of the day believing we would enjoy the complete V Level experience, this came as a disappointment and left us somewhat confused about which benefits were actually included. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to avoid any ambiguity when guests are upgraded. A clearer explanation at check-in of exactly what is included—and what is not—would help manage expectations and prevent misunderstandings. This would allow guests to fully enjoy the gesture from the very beginning without any confusion later on. Looking back, I am still not entirely sure what was included in the upgrade itself, apart from perhaps a slightly larger room. Upon arrival, we also found a bottle of wine and some sweet treats waiting for us to celebrate our anniversary. Although we do not drink alcohol (which the hotel could not have known), we genuinely appreciated the thoughtful gesture. We therefore offered the bottle of wine to a member of the staff. As for the room itself, we found the sound insulation to be somewhat limited, and we were awakened several times by seagulls. This may simply have been bad luck, but it did slightly affect our comfort. Despite these points, we mainly remember the many positive aspects of our stay. We remain convinced that the experience promoted by the hotel is fully justified; we simply felt that we were unable to appreciate it to its fullest because of the misunderstanding surrounding the upgrade. We would nevertheless like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and the efforts they made to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Staff was exceptional. Great food and bar. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Antune was great. Servers at Lobby bar and V level breakfast were excellent.
