Staff are exceptional, hotel a little tired could do with a refurbishment, breakfast excellent. We where part of v level or what ever the equivalent is. Spa again is fine but tired. Gym is very very very poor. Beech is lovely. Nice running loop along promenade, where in the evening time its a lovely place to visit restaurants etc. Overall I would return to hotel for its level of service, food, friendliness, beech location.

An amazing exceptional hotel and experience. We stayed on the V Level and highly recommend. Transportation provided is private, timely and friendly. Our room was spacious/immaculate. Little touches every day to make us feel noticed. Cannot thank Maria in the V level breakfast area enough - she provided 5 star service everyday; remembered our drink orders by day 2 and always made sure we were well fed. We will definitely return not because of the BEAUTIFUL beach but because of the service. Thank you again.
