Remisens Hotel Epidaurus

I’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with staff who genuinely went out of their way to make everything feel effortless. The food was consistently excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout. The pool and outdoor areas were beautifully kept, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The whole place had a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made the week feel like a proper reset. I’d happily return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well‑run break.

I recently stayed at Remisens Hotel Epidaurus and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is located in an incredibly beautiful place right by the sea, with amazing views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The area is well maintained, full of greenery, and perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying the surroundings. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable, and housekeeping was done regularly. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel truly comfortable throughout the stay. The food was also excellent — a great variety of dishes, everything fresh and tasty, especially the local cuisine and desserts. The beach is just next to the hotel, the water is crystal clear, and the charming town of Cavtat is a lovely place that makes you want to come back again. Our stay was relaxing, beautiful, and full of positive emotions. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel for a perfect seaside holiday! 🌊☀️

Came for a long weekend break and given a dark dingy room facing the road. Room smelt damp and an awful stench of drains. The toilet was practically touching the door which made it very difficult to manoeuvre. Asked to move but were told they were full even though rooms were available on a well known site. Were told they would sort the smell but they didn’t. No apology from hotel at all. Glasses were left in a corridor for 2 days and not cleared up. Breakfast was 7:30am until 10am, we tried to walk through the restaurant at 10:01 to get outside and all doors were locked! Hotel is in a lovely location but had no atmosphere and the staff are miserable. Particularly on reception and in the restaurant, the only exception was Tomasz in the restaurant who was a delight and couldn’t do enough for you. Food choice poor. No frills and clearly aimed at French tourists as the daily entertainment was in French only. Love Cavtat but won’t be staying in this hotel again. The staff certainly need to cheer up!

We booked for 7 nights all inclusive in a Double Sea View room, the room was fine, bathroom was tiny but adequate. The beds were a little too soft for my Husband and I as we prefer a firmer mattress but were comfortable for a week, the view was lovely. We were dissappointed that the hotel did not provide bottles of water in the room or a kettle for tea and coffee, it would have been lovely to appreciate the view before breakfast or early evening with a hot (or cold) drink as the aspect was lovely (we had room 255 and was worth extra). Food choice is limited but ok, no complaints, drinks (all Inc) not great, wine not great but red was ok. Staff work hard but if you are not French and not part of Club Lookea it is hard to stay away from the noise, relax or even fit in (if you should want to!). This appears to be a mainly French based hotel, in our opinion, everything was biased towards the French, and the entertainment staff, who are incredibly noisy (all the time), appeared to aim to please the French constantly, talking only in French, red wrist bands distinguish french guests so they can receive the focus the focus they have obviously booked for. We had a nice week but would not go back.

We were on vacation for May 1st. Everything was great. We had a large room, access to the sea is just a few steps away. Everything is clean and tidy. The animation for the children was great. The food was great, plenty of it for everyone's taste. All praise for the hospitality and homely atmosphere. We will be back again in july.
