Vitality Hotel Punta

I stayad at the hotel 3 nights, had a standard room with balkony -groundfloor. At 1.20 in the morning I woke up, an empty pkadtoc bittle fell on the floor. I heard a noise and knew there was an animal in the room. I switched the lights and reached to the phobe on the other side of the bed, and there was already a rats poop near the phone on the night table. I was terrified told the man at the reception about what had happened, he send to men with rubber gloves - they told me they saw it but could not cach it. The receptonist helped me with the luggage at the middle of the night, however said i could not stay in the room 3rd floor for the third night.. needless to say i could not sleep the second night. In the morning they informed me, i could after all stay in the room for the 3rd night. Nobodoy even tried to apologise for the incovinience or even mentioned the event. It is well known rodents tend to move into buildings in the autumn, but the rat was already in the room when i first came to the room.. i know that post festum, because now i khow rats poops look like. There was one at my arrival in the bathroom, i thought it was a dead bug. So try to avoid the groundfloor room in the automn and check it thoroughly before moving in..

Amazing place, very friendly staff, amazing buffet, very nice rooms. Good price/quality

Location by the sea.fantastic hotel. With full content-amenities. Overnight incl. breakfast which is abundant. There is somethin fr everyone.

Overall the place is in a great location with swimming pools and restaurants. Problem is we came for a tennis camp and had to be 3 people in the premium sea view room. They charged a massive 40% surcharge over and above the already expensive room charges for a “third bed” However when we checked in we realized it was just the standard small arm chair in the room that they fold out which is absolutely tiny!!! When we complained they said the manager would contact us - well we’re still waiting. Place will never see me again.

Punta Vitality Hotel in Veli Lošinj is in a perfect location right on the water, with stunning views from most rooms. Recently renovated, it offers two large pools with plenty of sunbeds plus direct beach access. The staff are professional and kind, and parking is easy with both underground and outdoor options. A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
